Where is the rest of my soup?! 🍲 Also, if I have add my own umami to the broth something is seriously wrong, it literally tasted like hot water with mediocre wontons filled with breakfast sausage. In my experience if the soup doesn't pass the vibe check in an Asian restaurant nothing else will. Disappointing, especially after receiving so many recommendations here!😔

A FoCo hole in the wall! The pork in chile sauce was our favorite, then the steamed dumplings. We weren’t a huge fan of the wuhan noodles but we will be back to try more stuff :)

Ordered the Huanan gravy noodles, very disaponted. Tasted like stir fried beef flavor cup'o'noodles with a little bit of meat and veg, no gravy! Very dry, needs way more sauce! I prefer my cup'o'noodles in broth. The service and staff are excellent as expected. Try the oil spill noodles instead. They won't get stuck in your throat and are not so instant tasting.

This place serves delicious, authentic Chinese food. The hand pulled noodles is one of the best I’ve had in the West!
One of the best places to eat in Fort Collins and one of the few places with jian bing in Colorado. We loved everything we tried tea eggs, jian bing, egg tomato noodles, sesame cold noodles, and noodles with gravy. Such homey delicious goodness and noodles were perfectly qq!
