If you are just looking for really good ice cream in Old Town Fort Collins without standing in a long line (something that is all-too common at local hotspot Walrus Ice Cream), then this is the place to go. They always have a large variety of flavors (Coffee Coffee Buzz! Buzz! Buzz! is my favorite), and a variety of cups, cones and shakes to have your treat in. Espresso also available. Like all of their locations they are LGBTQIA+ friendly and will always make you feel welcome. Three different garage parking lots within walking distance with affordable rates (uses park mobile app), clean customer-only restroom.

This particular Ben and Jerry's ice cream parlor is generally amazing. The ice cream itself tastes amazing, and the overall atmosphere is also great for this particular Ben and Jerry's. I am retracting one star from my review because of the spoons. They used to be plastic, but for environmental reasoning, they have replaced them with balsa wooden spoons as seen from other reviews that I have read. In general, this establishment is good and is also an amazing place to get some fine iced cream.
Lindsey absolutely KILLED this custom cake! Not only did she give her creative input, but she personally crafted it & was AMAZING and kind the entire experience. Lindsey, thank you girl!!!

I ordered a same day birthday ice cream cake. I was worried if I could get it on time. Lindsey answered the phone and also decorated the cake for me. I told her to let her creative genius take the wheel and the cake was AMAZING. Couldn’t have imagined a better design. Thank you thank you thank you! Got a bunch of rain on the box so can’t get a good picture.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEThey have three sizes (kids, regular, and large). They charged me the price of two regular scoops for the two kid scoops they gave me. Awful service because they tried to justify the sizes saying that the regular size has 3 different sizes (small, medium and large).

They gave us balsa wood spoons. BALSA WOOD. That’s disgusting. We couldn’t even enjoy the ice cream because it felt like we were licking paper every bite. We won’t be back until they stop killing trees to make their spoons.?
