We love this place, but every time we come around 6:30pm on Sundays, during the summer, they're closed. Their sign in the door clearly states they are open until 7pm in the summer. What gives?

Got a strawberry banana smoothie that has no flavor. Just tastes watery. So expensive for such bad quality. They really charged me $7.50 for a small tasteless frozen glob.

I've been going to berry blendz a couple times a year for many years. The smoothies used to be SO much better than they are now. Anyway, my daughter and I went in yesterday and both ordered the same smoothies we always have, and they were so watery and thin, plus they were essentially tasteless. We didn't even drink them after a couple sips. Complete waste of money.

I've had a smoothie here 3x before. It was delicious two times and once it was wrong drink. Service has always been nice and not a problem. I came in today and the horrible smell was so off putting. Like dirty rag or mop water or something old fruit smell mixed together in the air. I had to walk out while staring at the menus. I saw a guy come in after and as he was leaving rubbing his nose vigorously. Not sure if related but he did get his smoothie. I will possibly try again in a few months and update review.

Ordered a fruit smoothie. Little to no fruit in it. Watched worker scoop 4 big scoops of ice into the drink. Was just an expensive slushy with almost no fruit in it

Hours say open until 7pm. I parked at 5:35 pm, and the lights were all on and the sign said "OPEN". I walked up to the door at 5:36 pm, and an employee turned out all of the lights and turned off the "OPEN" sign. It seems like a weird time to close, especially against the posted hours, with a customer on your doorstep. I tried calling to find out what the adjusted hours are, but nobody answered, and their voicemail is full.

I love açaí bowls so I was excited to come here. My so called açaí bowl I doubt even had any real açaí in it. It was a brown tasteless liquid. I was very disappointed. My friend also got a smoothie which just tasted like liquid purée. Would not recommend. Attached are pictures of my “açaí”

0 stars. RILEY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IVE EVER SEEN!! Not only did they make my smoothie wrong but when I told them they tried to deny it and argue. By the looks of the reviews I’ve read already this is a problem. Riley is going to have a very rude awakening when she realizes that things are not always gonna be her way. This was the third time I’ve been treated this way here and I still gave Riley another chance she was the one who messed up my order each time and still had the nerve to be disrespectful. I guarantee if management would change some of the staff and the few that should stay learned better customer service skills they would probably double there profits I guarantee the other berry blends around town are doing way better. I’m sorry to have to leave a review like this but I personally have RILEY 3 CHANCES and the 4th time was the deal breaker, not only that my family my kids and friends come here as well and all have nothing but bad experiences and RILEY seems to be the common denominator. I have spent a lot of money here and I won’t spend another dime here unless she is gone. BTW the other girl working today was wonderful she tried but RILEY literally made her throw the new correct smoothie she made away instead of giving it to me. Someone needs to teach RILEY SOME HUMILITY!!! Again I gave them multiple chances before I left this review but the way I was treated the way she embraced me in front of the other customers and the way she didn’t care about the other customers seeing the way she treated me I have had enough I didn’t deserve to be treated that way and will not allow it.

I go to Berry Blendz at least twice a week getting wheatgrass shots and smoothies for my family. Today after spending about $40 one of the smoothies was pure thin liquid consistency and I asked one of the girls if she could remake it. As she was remaking it another girl “Rylie” told me that she’d be charging me for the new smoothie because she’s “not just going to give me a free smoothie” I wasn’t asking for a free smoothie I was asking for the one I purchased to be made correctly. I felt so disrespected and I won’t be coming back.

A female worker named Riley was very rude when we asked her to remake a wrongly made smoothie, she wouldn’t remake it. All the other smoothies were perfect though!

Today I went to berry blendz with a completely valid coupon. The worker at the register asked for help entering it into the system. The owner (or so she claimed she was) came over and looked at the coupon. She rudely told me she was the owner and wasn't going to honor the coupon. Of course I asked why, but seeing as how it was a valid coupon, she just said she didn't like the deal and didn't feel like honoring it. Never have I seen the owner of a business be so rude to a customer. No wonder this business has such poor reviews
