They open too late in the morning and today they weren't even open when they were supposed to be, so I had to go somewhere else. I'm just not going to bother anymore after this. The quality of the smoothies has gone down hill anyway. There was an older woman who worked here when I first moved to Fort Collins and she was awesome. Once she left, this place just got worse and worse. Just get your smoothies elsewhere or make them at home.
It was after 1:30 and I walked in, I was the only customer. The door bell went off and I noticed the young lady doing dishes. For a good 2 minutes she kept on doing dishes. Then she came out and didn’t respond to me at all and proceeded to fill the juice stations. After completing that she asked if she could help me. No smiling at all. I told what I wanted and said I’d like to add energy to it but just ignored and rung up my order. Then she was making my drink and the blender was going and she kept on doing something else. The drink was watery and not what I expected.

They say they close at 6, but its 5:45 on a monday afternoon and ive been sitting in my car in front of the store since 5:25 when i realized the store cancelled my pick up order. Ive watched 1 family, and 3 other guests walk up to the door notice its locked and go somewhere else. The lights are completely off I watched the clerk leave and its not even 6. I get it, emergencies happen. If she didnt have a choice she should have put up a sign apologizing to the guests for the inconvenience. But if the girl just didnt want to work, maybe she shouldnt work there at all? I dont know. I took my money else where. Berry blendz isnt the only smoothie place in town.

I really love coming here for a lunchtime smoothie. But their employees are honestly rude. They never acknowledge you when you walk in the door. They are always very short and never engage much. It would be nice to be greeted and a simple “I’ll be right with you” makes a huge difference! I’ve been coming here for over a year and about twice a week and no matter who’s working it’s the same result. Just plain rude! A little customer service goes a long way! I’m not one that usually leaves reviews but I felt like this needed to be said. Also what happened to the rewards program?

I went in 9/20 at 12:20 and ordered a 32 oz and it wasn’t even half full waited 30 minutes for it to taste all watered down honestly wouldn’t recommend coming here at all worst costumer service and you don’t get what you pay for!!!!

I went into Berry Blendz on 9/08/24, in the afternoon. The employee was making 4 drinks for people waiting. She did not acknoledge me when I walked in. A guy came in 10 minutes after me, and she said hello to him, and that she would be with him shortly. I ordered 2 drinks, and tipped her 25%, there were 4 people behind me in line. She made everyone that was in line behind me their drinks first, and then she gave me mine. I feel highly disrespected, and I don't think I'm going back. I think you need 2 employees in there, because she could not handle the flow at all. She was angry...

I am wanting this to be my and my husbands Friday treat after work. The last few weeks my smoothies were nice and creamy, like a milkshake. They were really wonderful. I am on strict calorie intake and made the smoothie as part of my daily nutrition. Today I went to collect our smoothies and my husbands was made nicely. My smoothie was made by another coworker and it was runny, like water. I asked her why it was so runny and that I would like it to be milk shake consistency. She said that’s how she makes it so! I truly hope someone in management sees this and asks the staff not to serve too runny smoothies. It is only fair to ‘do over’ and not force us to take something so gross as I had already paid. Please do well or not serve!! Things are expensive and we deserve better as customers.
Girl was way too slow. 4 people in the place. Took 20 mins for her to even help the person in front of me. Just to tell him one second. I Walked out. Tbh great place, if she can't do it alone tho ask for help. Store should have 2 people or get somebody who knows how to keep up making smoothies. I understand the store being packed, but FOUR PEOPLE. Come on, home girl. What

How do yall charge $10 for smoothies and only keep the store staffed with one person? Felt sorry for the person that had to serve a line of 6 people by themselves.

Ive notice a change in staff and I have to say I love it! Ive been coming here for many years. The workers are always so nice when I come in. Smoothies are much more consistent. The new manager introduced herself when there was a problem with the cash register and she was so awesome!

Employee were not able to provide a gift card to purchase, they refused to contact their manager because they were afraid. And the employees hid in the backroom instead of providing a response. Terrible customer service. It will be a very long time before we are back.
