Can't believe it takes 15 minutes to make a $19 burrito.. mid at best, and probably the slowest service in burrito history. They have 100 hot sauces and 1 person making burritos. Expensive and slow.

Idk what happened to this place. I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and it’s gone drastically downhill in the last couple years. Its prices have almost doubled and it is severely understaffed. I walked out today before paying for my burrito because for one: the maybe two bites worth of carnitas I added for extra $ was scraped from the bottom of the hot pan and looked like dried up beef jerky. And two: while I was ordering it, the girl who was making it picked up a phone call and proceeded to let my burrito get cold without anyone taking over to finish my order. This restaurant used to be one of my favorites and could handle a line of 50 people out the door. Now it struggles to give decent service to a line of 4 people. Somethings gotta change up.

About the same size as Chipotle and cost about 25% more about equal in quality and taste I was not disappointed other than the price but hey that could be said about anywhere anymore I mean even McDonald's is going to cost you 15 bucks to eat I do like a lot of the salsa choices that they have so overall conclusion it's not my favorite place in the world but it's not at the bottom of my list either I would say if you love Mexican food try it outParking: There's about 5 or 6 spots in front of the Fort Collins location and I believe they share those spots with another businessWheelchair accessibility: You don't have to step up to enter so it is easily accessible for person in a wheelchair so I'm not sure if they have an automatic door

We keep coming back for the breakfast burritos. We love their barbacoa, chile verde, chorizo, and spicy salsas. It’s not cheap, but it’s bold and tasty.

Very spendy was not expecting to spend $41 for two meals and drinks were only $1. Definitely not going to hurry back there again.

Been going to Big City for 20 years, but tonight might have been my last time unless things change. These prices are OUTRAGIOUS for what you get. $28 for two regular carry out burritos from a dingy hole in the wall is OUTRAGIOUS for what you get. Rice is under cooked and hard, the "Carne Asada" my wife got tasted like pot roast (not in a good way). Chicken Mole still fire, tho. Maybe this is just the way restaurant prices are these days, but count me out until prices come down. Should be $10 max for a regular burrito. Message me when you drop your prices and I'll give it another shot.

The potato burrito was as I remembered it from 20 years ago - many sauce and salsa options.

12 dollar burrito worth 3 dollars at most. Not worth it and the customer service is awful. Green light Cafe is way better and half the price

I've had a soft spot in my heart for Big City Burrito after growing up in Fort Collins, but they've made some negative changes in recent years that have made me think twice before returning.Their prices have increased with inflation like every other restaurant, however they've also changed and/or restricted substitutions dramatically. It used to be possible to substitute potatoes in place of rice and beans on a chicken/chicken mole burrito, but they no longer allow that. Instead, you'll pay nearly $5 to add chicken to a plain potato burrito, for a nearly ~$15 dollar burrito out-the-door. This is almost double the cost of a burrito from any of their nearby competitors. After 20+ years in operation, you'd expect their kitchen to include counters and other standard safety and sanitation equipment. Instead they are still cooking from moveable burners on the floor, and unfortunately not passing the savings along to their customers.

I'm conflicted, the food is ok, it just doesn't taste like "mexican food" to me. Ide eat there again, but not when im craving mexican food.

I ordered a SUPER size burrito and it is smaller than the regular I usually get. I paid over $21 for this lil potato burrito and all I added was pork (and the soda). Outrageous shady pricing and way lower quality than in the past. So sad this place used to be good and affordable but now it's not worth the visit :(

Tastes pretty good but I've literally been eating beans and rice all week to afford it
