We were on a road trip from Albuquerque to Deadwood SD. As we nearer Ft. Collins we needed a coffee break. Google have us a large select to choose from. We wanted a local, small business and decided to try Bindle Coffee. What a great decision!! The owner was super friendly and my wife loved her coffee & cinnamon roll. I had hot chai tea latte and a lavender / blueberry scone. Loved the place!! We're planning to return to Bindle Coffee on our way back to Albuquerque this weekend. (Wish we lived closer to Bindle Coffee!)

Bindle is my stop whenever I return to my hometown. The lattes are simply the best, so smooth! I’ve tried several food offerings and it’s always fresh and flavorful.

Visited from out of state and this coffee shop came highly recommended - we are picky about coffee (not a fan of sugary drinks that are mostly milk or creamer) we ordered a vanilla latte and a seasonal oat-milk drink. I loved that they offered not only milk alternatives but also non fat/skim milk. So few coffee shops do!! As far as the taste they were 10/10. Would absolutely visit again and looking forward to it.

The store and staff is nice. The seating areas in the garden are great for summer. I had high expectations for the coffee. I tried the filter coffee but it was average. I'll give it another try and try again.

As a new school year starts and you're looking for a place to study, just remember that the owners of this business celebrated when you lost bodily autonomy rights 3 years ago. Plus the drinks were cold every time.
*my friend told me to add that the burritos are also not good:)

Great coffee and best breakfast pastries in town by a mile. Nothing beats sitting outside their shop on a nice summer day. A local gem!

Been going to Bindle for years. From their coffee to all their baked goods and breakfasts, everything is yummy. Their staff is ultra nice. My favorite coffee place in Colorado. They just need more seating cause they’re so popular.

One of my top 3 coffee shops on the planet. I’m not from here but I’d travel back just to go. The staff is so nice and everything was delicious. Thank you!

Craft. Quality. And Care. Everything about this coffee shop is pure artistry. Pastry and breakfast items are baked in house, and the beverage menu is top notch. Indoor space is limited, but the access to outdoor space in the Jessup farms complex makes it easy to enjoy the freshly curated food and drink. The owners are exceptional people, and the staff is always friendly and helpful! Absolutely love Bindle!!!
