Everything was great. Happy hour east coast oysters, coq au vin (it was Sunday) and a gnocchi with vegetarian mushroom bolognese. They were out of the crème brûlée. Service was efficient despite the place getting pretty full at 630.

What a gem in the heart of Fort Collins! From the moment my son and I were greeted by the owner, through the time the rest of my family arrived, until the end of the meal and evening, everything was perfect! The food is top notch and everything was cooked (or not in the case of the fresh oysters) to perfection. We arrived during Happy Hour and you can make a meal of the Happy Hour offerings if you are on a budget, but we were glad we also ordered entrees. I shared lamb chops and the bouillebaisse with my son and enjoyed every morsel. I canwait to go back in the future!

It was my wife's 65th birthday and I decided to try this place. We'd never heard of it before but it was a lovely experience. Our waitress, the food and the facility was fantastic. Good play list too!

Another wonderful dinner experience at Bistro Nautile... even if Meetsauce was in charge while Kat was away - hehe :) We started w East Coast oysters... yum. Then the new wedge salad on the summer menu. It was delicious! I loved the maybe mini Romaine lettuce (locally grown apparently) and the chunks of some sort of yummy bacon. Then we shared the dinner special Wahoo. Nautile's specialty that we love is a wonderful piece of fish, cooked perfectly, over a bowl of an interesting variety of veggies, potatoes and such w some sort of magical sauce. I reveled over my after dinner digestif while hubby had the flourless cake/ice cream all to himself. He mentioned later that Nautile has the highest quality food of all the restaurants we frequent in FC. He may be right. Always great food, drinks, service and atmosphere for a reasonable cost. We'll be back soon!

The food is always excellent at Bistro Nautile! This time we had the West African style lamb chops and they were perfectly done and super tasty. The recommended red was wonderful to go with the lamb. Fabulous Key lime pie for desert. Our favorite restaurant in Fort Collins.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful meal here recently! It was our first time here and our server Jake was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding our questions in deciding what we ordered.
We started with crabcakes for the appetizer which were great!
For our entrees, I had the scallops and they were so soft, "non chewy" melt in your mouth delicious! I can't say enough about how good they were!!! My husband had the Patagonia steelhead and it was also equally delicious. Our salads were fresh and tasteful. The desserts were also fabulous! The portion sizes were just right, so that you didn't need a to go box and yet did not feel overly stuffed either. We will definitely be returning

The bistro was in fine form today! We realize they don't normally do brunch service. So the food wasn't quite as stellar as usual however, we would do it all over again!
