Wow! We’ve been wanting to go here and New Year’s Eve was the best time. The best atmosphere and they give champagne out on every hour to celebrate new years around the world with crowns, beads and noise makers. Amazing menu and food!

Not open on Mondays, but Google saying they are open/open table allows you to book a reservation for Mondays.

The hostess was so friendly and had such a positive vibe. The bartender/ our waiter was so helpful when we were torn between what to get. Overall the food was really good (one of the better restaurants in FoCo for sure) and the service was great. The only thing is that ambiance is pretty bad. The decor is awful and haphazard and the lighting is bright and not relaxing. But the food makes up for it and I will certainly return.

So I’ve been here a few times and it’s been a couple years since and I had remembered this place being so so so good. The owner Kat is so friendly and the service is great. However, this time the food was extremely underwhelming. We had the chicken drumettes which were cooked beautifully, the breading was very crispy and the meat was juicy and tender but the flavor was so bland, they tasted completely unseasoned. It was disappointing to have a well cooked piece of meat be so flavorless. The accoutrements helped, the mustard etc. but the chicken itself tasted so plain. Then for the entrees the short rib had lovely flavor and was quite delicious but there were all sorts of things that shouldn’t have been left on the plate. I found a bay leaf, a huge herb stick and the membrane was still on the short rib, not something I’d expect on a $44 dish. My date had the tagliatelle which was the most disappointing thing of the night. It was so unbelievably bland. The salt and pepper provided at the table helped some but there was just nothing yummy about it. It had no standout flavor whatsoever and the ratio of noodles to everything else was way way off. The wine we had was fine, but that was my own choice so nothing to say there. Overall I’m just dissatisfied with the food.

Food and service are both amazing, but the dining room feels so drab. The furniture is so out of date and uncomfortable, and an eyesore.

I feel bad because I didn’t get the name of our server or the chef and they both deserve to be given a shoutout…

I have been really, REALLY wanting scallops and my husband found this spot for my birthday. Our server was so fun and knowledgeable. The food was so elevated and luxurious while the atmosphere was almost playful (crayons are supplied with the paper “tablecloth”; we played our own game of Pictionary).

The chef surprised us with a small bite for my birthday AND we were given a complimentary dessert at the end, as well.

We shared the tartare and I had the scallops. My husband had the hamachi and the key lime pie was TO DIE FOR. We thanked the chef at the end of the meal for the generosity, great food and experience and found out we all go to the same tattoo shop, too! Small world 😉

We always go to the same place for my husband’s birthday every year but hadn’t really found my spot. I think I found it tonight! Thank you all!

My wife and I had the special fall five course dinner with the wine pairing option. What a treat! Every course was delicious and a work of art. The wine was perfectly matched to the particular dish we were eating. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place for a special occasion or a fun night out.

Service good. Food is good. Mandatory 20% tip and 3% kitchen fee for large party size. That should be in the menu.

Our family loves coming to Bistro Nautile!! It is one of our favorite restaurants! We live in Cheyenne, WY and enjoy driving 45 minutes for an exquisite meal! We always love trying their daily specials and seasonal dishes. Great farm-to-table supporter. We especially like coming earlier in the evening for dinner when it is less busy and a bit quieter. Fabulous food and exceptional service!

We sat outside on the patio on a lovely evening. I had the special, a well prepared sea bass. My dinner companion had the salmon, also well prepared. The surprising highlight was lemon sorbet for dessert- often this is scooped from a commercial brand, but this was a delicious treat with included zest, and a hint of the perfume of Meyer lemons.

The inside dining room felt cozy. Service was great and the menu had some really good choices. My wife had the scallop special, which was beyond good. My swordfish was a bit overcooked, but was still enjoyable. We will definitely go back.

5 star experience which is rare these days. Greeted warmly and tended throughout the evening by the fantastic Jake. Food was amazing, drinks were strong, and oh did I say how amazing the food (and service were)?? We weren’t sure we were in Fort Collins it was that nice of a dining experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some amazing dining in this town. Get the mussels with the Dijon cream sauce, the mushroom leek soup and scallops for the main entree. Save room for the key lime pie also. All amazing!

The dishes were well prepared and presented. I chose the halibut special and it was served with fresh ingredients and a broth that was full of umami. Especially liked the stoneware bowls and plates. Our server was friendly and attentive.
