I did a large online order for ~40 people, and somehow selected 11:45pm, rather than AM. At noon I called in to make sure that the order went through. The employee who answered my call saw the problem right away and pushed the order through. Within 40 min, we had the pizza delivered to our door for 40 people. Thank you for fixing my mistake and being such an amazing sport about it!

Dude named devin answered my call when I was checking on my order didn't even care that I lived 8 min away so delivery should have been quick and he said not my problem be patient for another few min then call back

I walked in and ordered my 2 pizzas. I was told 15 to 20 minutes. After 30 minutes of standing around I had to say "excuse me, are my pizzas ready yet?" He says what's the name, I respond, he hands over the pizzas that had been sitting there for 10 minutes; not saying a word.
I watched the employee box up and place my pizzas there, but had no way of knowing if they were mine or not.
It's not a big thing, the pizzas were still hot and delicious. But I was waiting for some sort of acknowledgement for too long, in my opinion. If I were to see someone standing at the counter I would at least ask if they had been helped. When I get Domino's they seem to always know what's going on in their lobby, but their pizzas suck

We order from this location a few times per month. Never have we ever waited so long for our order to be delivered. Ordered online "expected deliver in 35 minutes" 1 hour later I called store was told "um we are very busy should be "soon" 30 minutes later called again was told your driver has the order should be "soon" Never once an apology never once let us check on your order, nothing! Very frustrating that this took over an hour and a half to arrive. Pizza was cold probably will order from the competition next time.
