The music played was too loud and way to “heavy” for background. It made it very hard to hear conversation. Otherwise, the food was great.

The food and drink were fine, but only after getting my bill was I told that the "Bottled Wine at Half Price on Wednesdays" touted on their website is no longer supported, and hasn't been for almost two years. You would think they could correct their website in that time, rather than continue with such false advertising.

The Emporium was mostly great! The food was very tasty. I had the burger. It was filling and well seasoned. The fries were average and not very hot. My husband said his reuben sandwich was one of the best he's ever had! We sat on the patio and it was lovely and quiet. Our main server was... ummm... not listening. I guess that's they best way to put it. She couldn't remember simple things like, was it an iced latte or hot? There was a second server who was very attentive with refills on water and making sure we had all the salt, pepper, dressing, etc. that we needed. Overall it was a very good experience. It just showed that it's still hard to find good help.

We celebrated our 52nd anniversary here. It was a great experience overall. Krista was our server and she was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

Food was good, interior is setup like a bistro. The problem was the service. We had to wait too long for each step of service with the restraint not being close to full. It was during June so maybe they had a server shortage once all the CSU kids left.

This is the second time I have been here and it has been wonderful both times. The muscles are to die for and the prime rib was thick juicy and wonderful. My daughter-in-law also loved the chicken and said it had a wonderful taste. We will absolutely be back

I like the location and decor, and the service was very good. But I think the kitchen isn't aiming for high standards. My Beef Wellington was touted as the special of the day, and claimed to be medium rare, but it was cooked closer to medium well, and the meat seemed more like chipped beef than the beef tenderloin I expected. The asparagus that accompanied it was stringy and very thin. Something a home chef would even avoid buying. I feel that the written menu made promises that the kitchen couldn't deliver on. Additionally, it was very loud, so much so that we wrapped up early because my wife had a headache from the noise.

I did takeout here one morning while I was staying at the attached hotel. The iced coffee wasn’t that good tbh and I don’t have a refined coffee palette. The coconut chia pudding parfait was really really good though. 10/10 food. I hate yogurt so I was so surprised to find this. I needed some healthy food after my conference all week. It was quick for takeout so I do recommend this place.

I acknowledge that coffee is an acquired and nuanced taste so proceed as you see fit. This coffee is very acidic and I did not find it drinkable. Though, the people and the space are lovely.

We have been to Emporium many times and have had very good experiences, however tonight was a very different experience. There were some very noisy and rude people at the bar who made it difficult to have a conversation. They were yelling and making such a scene. I was surprised that the bartender or a manager didn't intervene.

Loved brunch at the Emporium. Bright and clean place to enjoy our Sunday brunch before heading out to the mountains. Our server, Robert, was especially good. He was friendly, engaging as well as professional. We enjoyed chatting with him as he often refilled our coffees and made sure we had everything we needed. The food as well as the coffee were absolutely delicious, but we did wish our eggs had been a bit hotter. (The Beignets and the Smashed Potatoes were HOT and oh so good!) Highly recommend this lovely place!

I think they were short staffed. It took awhile to get greeted by our server and get our first round of drinks. It seems other staff could have jumped in to help our server. The food was great! The venue is beautiful!

We found unique selections for appetizers, drinks, and entrees, and they were all delicious! During our decades of dining experience, we had not experienced some of the flavor combinations we had at The Emporium. Our server was informative and friendly, and we did not have to wait long for any items we ordered. A family member recommended this restaurant, and we will be recommending it to others.

Our server was excellent. Gave us time to decide and was knowledgeable on the dishes. The atmosphere is nice, the menu is creative and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

Like always, dinner was fantastic and the service was great. The only reason for 4 stars was due to lack of communication. It was my husband's birthday and he was going to get his birthday dessert. Our server said he could order at our table or go upstairs to the Sunset Lounge and get crème brûlée. We went to go upstairs but there was a private event so he missed out completely on his birthday dessert. The management should have told the servers this because I feel our honestly did not know we couldn't go upstairs. Nevertheless, we will continue to dine here. We love the food and the atmosphere.
