We have been to Emporium many times and have had very good experiences, however tonight was a very different experience. There were some very noisy and rude people at the bar who made it difficult to have a conversation. They were yelling and making such a scene. I was surprised that the bartender or a manager didn't intervene.

Loved brunch at the Emporium. Bright and clean place to enjoy our Sunday brunch before heading out to the mountains. Our server, Robert, was especially good. He was friendly, engaging as well as professional. We enjoyed chatting with him as he often refilled our coffees and made sure we had everything we needed. The food as well as the coffee were absolutely delicious, but we did wish our eggs had been a bit hotter. (The Beignets and the Smashed Potatoes were HOT and oh so good!) Highly recommend this lovely place!

I think they were short staffed. It took awhile to get greeted by our server and get our first round of drinks. It seems other staff could have jumped in to help our server. The food was great! The venue is beautiful!

We found unique selections for appetizers, drinks, and entrees, and they were all delicious! During our decades of dining experience, we had not experienced some of the flavor combinations we had at The Emporium. Our server was informative and friendly, and we did not have to wait long for any items we ordered. A family member recommended this restaurant, and we will be recommending it to others.

Our server was excellent. Gave us time to decide and was knowledgeable on the dishes. The atmosphere is nice, the menu is creative and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

Like always, dinner was fantastic and the service was great. The only reason for 4 stars was due to lack of communication. It was my husband's birthday and he was going to get his birthday dessert. Our server said he could order at our table or go upstairs to the Sunset Lounge and get crème brûlée. We went to go upstairs but there was a private event so he missed out completely on his birthday dessert. The management should have told the servers this because I feel our honestly did not know we couldn't go upstairs. Nevertheless, we will continue to dine here. We love the food and the atmosphere.

No reason to go back. While the setting in the Elizabeth Hotel is lovely, the food is a disappointment. I ordered the Frito Miso, which consisted of sliced calamari patty, tiny scallops, and one shrimp in a soggy fried coating that fell off when I picked it up. My Caesar salad was a sad uninspired bowl of limp lettuce. Others in my party did not fare any better with a tiny portion of bison in the bison stroganoff (did they need to scrape the bottom of the pot for this serving?) and an anemic plate of fish and chips. What a disappointment!

The food was amazing. My wife had the Bison Stroganoff, and I had the Pork Belly Confit. Both were delicious! For dessert we had the Chocolate Hazelnut Torte and the Peaches & Cream, they were outstanding! The best part of The Emporium is the service. Christa was amazing, she gave us great recommendations and service. I can't say enough good things about Christa and the service! I highly recommend going!

The food and service were both amazing. Kat and Dani took great care of us. I would highly recommend the Rocky Mounting Trout and the Bison Stroganoff. Both were absolutely delicious.

Food is excellent but service is slow. We had to wait over 15 minutes to be served our coffee. This is similar to my last visit. Excuse was brewing a new pot. This is a BS answer. Busy high end restaurant on a Sunday morning and u can't keep coffee brewed? First impressions are everything. Still food was great. I highly tecommend the corn beef hash.

Went here for an anniversary dinner with my fiance, and it did NOT disappoint! The staff was so welcoming and attentive. Our server, Krista, was above and beyond! Explaining everything on the menu with great detail and suggesting exactly the food we were looking for. She was also a delight to chat with. The restaurant was busy, but service and food were incredibly timely. Other employees who didn't even serve us, Dani and Kayla, also checked in multiple times to make sure we were satisfied with our experience— also a treat to chat with! Drinks from the bartender, Sarah, were amazing! Food was incredible, props to the chef(s). We felt very cared about and the atmosphere was perfect. Thanks to the staff of the Emporium. We will absolutely be back!

I've a local and have been dining here for years. The service is usually outstanding, as it was last evening with Kayla taking care of us! We enjoy the atmosphere as well and over the years have found Emporium to be one of the better dining options in Fort Collins. However, the menu and food lately been quite disappointing. Interestingly with the most recent menu changes popular entrees have been removed and the current options are limited. We have tried various entrees multiple times and have found the scallops to be under cooked, overcooked and/or served cold. The bison stroganoff isn't actually stroganoff at all, served on mashed potatoes instead of noodles but it it nonetheless a solid dish. The current pasta dish, truffle mac cheese, is the absolute worst: the sauce lacks cheese and flavor, one slice of truffle on top - it would be better named, “Mac and Cream”. Caesar salad consisted of pale, yellowing romaine literally covered with shaved parmesan. So disappointed with the menu and kitchen lately that we will continue to visit far less frequently until they at least refresh the menu....

The Caesar salad was advertised as "add on marinated skirt steak", it was not skirt steak but sirloin, not marinated. The scallops were to be served with fava beans, it was not, broccoli instead. Wednesday according to the website was "half price off a bottle of wine". the policy changed without changing the website offer.

The experience at The Emporium was just perfect! Greeting by friendly server, Cat, who took me to my table. I requested a move to a banquette, and she said no problem. The cocktail menu is not too big, and it featured wonderful cocktails and "Zero Proof" beverages. Tasty!!! The food menu is terrific too...a lovely variety of meat, seafood, and veggie offerings! The Brussels Sprouts should not be missed! Same for the Rocky Mountain Trout! They also have a "wine market" where you can go and select a reasonably priced bottle, and they will serve it to your table. We enjoyed a lovely Pinot Gris! Cocktail wait time was a little long...but worth it! Oh, we missed it, but HAPPY HOUR is a deal...on drinks and bites! Cat was lovely...as was the entire staff! I look forward to returning on my next trip to Fort Collins!

The Emporium's food is outstanding and the service is above and beyond. Christa took VERY good care of us. She checked in the right amount of times and gave us great advice on the menu. I highly recommend it!
