I recently visited Bros Bar and Grill on a game night, and while there were some highlights, my experience was a mixed bag.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the lovely hostess, Claudia, who informed us that it was standing room only due to the Denver Broncos, CSU Rams, and CU Buffs games happening that evening. Claudia’s friendliness and efficiency were a bright spot as she quickly ran to let us know a table had opened up, which was much appreciated!

Once seated, our server took our order for appetizers, but we ended up waiting a bit longer than expected without any follow-up. When she eventually returned to take our main food order, it felt like quite a while before our meals arrived. Unfortunately, when the food did come, it was cold, which was disappointing. We also noticed that our drinks went unrefilled during this time.

To make matters worse, when it was time to settle the bill, our server was nowhere to be found. We had to seek her out just to pay our check, which added to the frustration of the evening.

On the plus side, the atmosphere was electric! The energy from the crowd cheering for their teams made for a fun and lively environment that really enhanced the experience. The food itself was good, but the temperature issue detracted from what could have been a great meal.

Overall, while Claudia’s exceptional service and the vibrant atmosphere made the visit enjoyable, our waitress's lack of attentiveness was a significant drawback. I would be willing to give Bros Bar and Grill another shot in the future, hoping for a more consistent service experience.

Nothing like a CSU/ Bronco game at the same time. Packed to the gills but our waitress was phenomenal. She was very attentive despite being so busy .. Appetizers and main course were delicious!

Fabulous location! Great selection of beers and appetizers (cheese curds and fries pickls were delicious!) Excellent portions on entrees (not a fan of the crinkle cut french fries). The hostess Claudia was spectacular! She actually found us in the back of the restaurant to get us a table that had just cleared. Our server though, was ... let's just say, that we never got refills, nor did she even one time come to our table after delivering our food to ask if we needed anything. Yes, we did need something, but she never came back while we ate. She didn't come back after we finished and stacked our plates and cups. She still didn't come back after we all went to the rest room and back! She only came back to drop off the bill. Didn't ask if we wanted churros, or any other desert we were eyeing. She just didn't come back.

It's a corporate bar that follows corporate rules. For example they wouldn't let someone in after last call when they left their bag inside

Waited forever to put an order in and after a hour it wasn’t even in. Getting our tickets was like pulling teeth and the server was rude super bummed on the experience!

My family and I went for the 1st time on 11/10/24 and it was awesome the server was nice and the menu was neat and creative..The surrounding sound was cook especially watching the game!!

In today's world, it is completely unacceptable that customers cannot enjoy a high class sniff of Columbian marching powder in the restrooms. Witnessed a customer get kicked out for a albino Canadian night crawler smell quality control test.

Uhhh... if you're 20 and like looking at young females in skin-tight clothing shake their hair into the ice bin before they stick their ass out as they bring your order to you 10 min later than they should have, go have fun!

I have a good experience everytime I come here. But lately the Drumroll tap has been running warm. I like ice cold pale ales, so a slightly chilled Drumroll is not cold enough. The bartender said the middle taps get warm for some reason? I'm not sure, but it sucks that I can't enjoy my choice of beer here.

I’m a widow, solo, and they wouldn’t seat me tonight. Sorry, we are not seating singles/solos: no solos, no singles. Hateful staff.

Hostess wasn't nice to someone trying to sit solo. Had an attitude when I was trying to gain some clarity. Said they weren't seating singles but they sat a single guy who was doing business on his phone. I just left. I don't think I'll be back because it was uncomfortable.
