My specific complaint is with one of their on-site subcontractors HMS CONSTRUCTORS. They are both racist and misogynistic while referring to anyone with an accent, different skin color or opposite sex. I worked for them for about 8 months and was appalled by their treatment of others as well as myself when I showed opposition to their betrayal of others. The owner Mat Stains has open conversations with his employees promoting their hatred. The worst offenders are Dan Dyer and Terry Margheim who consistently use racial slurs and other disgusting language to describe anyone working at the facilities. I am ashamed to have stayed as long as I did knowing this was deemed acceptable. They also contract with Wal Mart Distribution with the same distain for the employees and subcontractors. There is no good reason for them to be there. They avoid the work to be done while spending most of their time overcharging for poor work ethics and effort. While the actual employees are having their hours cut, these people spend most of their time trying to drag the work out to justify bad pricing and behavior.

Sadly the Budweiser tours are closed, they've been closed since covid. I was really excited for the tour

I swear do not coming back again to this place they took 7 hours get load.PLEASE People in Charge changed the strategies to provided good service to the hardtruck drivers.I forget to mentioned they not even count with reliable restrooms I have to use those ones portable I almost throw up!

I waited 4 hours for a door, finally got a door, and they load one pallet in every 2hr, literally. Sat at the dock for another 3hr. They don’t respect drivers time nor do they care.

Today as of 06/24/2023 I came here to pick up a load and I was trying to ask this yard guard driver questions about where do I get my bol and this man had a bad attitude and he told me that he don’t answer question get back in my truck his a short white guy with long grey hair I can’t believe they have people working here with so such bad attitude.
Apt 11am arrived 15 min past got door as soon as I got to live load staging areaSlide tandem’s prior to hitting scale at entrance doors open as wellKiosk pretty easy to useWait time was 4hrsAll instructions for pickup will be sent to you via text2stars for at least having a scale on premises esp with these extremely heavy load 45980 lbsAll in all this shipper takes to damm long

Very bad fasility very long bad place takes too long to unload, more than 5:00 standing at the door with a red light do not unload,arrived at 9:00 am it's now 3:30 pm and still can't unload standing in door with a red light

I was late for an hour and after half an hour they gave me a door and they have a good security system also when I checked in the friendly staff

One of worst experience ever.I had appointment at 1 got there 12 45 got on scale checked in got dock # . Went to dock park it and after 5 minutes a guy show up and said it is not your place go to waiting area and stay there. I call the transportation department and she said please waite and we will let you know shortly. After 3 hours I called again and she said we don't have you in system you did not check in. They have barrier on entrance . One you checked In gate open and you go inside. I went to entrance office and guy said for some reason your load is not ready check back after midnight and we will let you know. And told our broker we came late and they have to cancel the load. Please stay away from them if you have to make sure do video recording the process when you check in
