Had to wait for order forever ?

Chessa was fantastic! When I came in to pick up my takeout, she went out of her way to be friendly and ensure I had everything I needed for my order. Her pleasant demeanor was much appreciated, and I'm grateful for the excellent service she provided.

Unfortunately, tonight the service was not good. We came to celebrate a birthday with my family and the waitress was not trained to serve too many people. At the same time, I understand that the place was full because of the Broncos game, but you should already know that in A restaurant is always like this. I think that the employees have to be trained to provide good service. The wait for the food was too long and we did not receive everything we ordered. Bad service, the waitress tonight was very incompetent 10/17/24 8:40 pm. She didn't know what to do with my entire family celebrating a birthday, she got frustrated and said she didn't want to serve anymore, and that's unfair because we're paying for a service. The manager never showed his face, he sent another waitress to solve the problem. Very incompetent people and the expired bread in the salads. Everything was very disgusting.?

Bad service, it took us more than 40 minutes for the food

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Two times now this weekend, my partner and I have walked out because apparently nobody knows how to seat people or serve those who are seated. On Saturday, we stood at the hostess stand for a solid 10 minutes, no acknowledgement, nothing, and they weren't packed whatsoever. Only once we started to leave did someone come up to the stand, but by that point we were out the door. Came back today for Football Sunday, we were sat in a booth, and told to wait for our server who never came. In the time we were sat, two other families were sat and while they were acknowledged and served, we still sat in the booth. After 20 minutes of that, we decided to leave. If you want to waste your time in an establishment where you'll wait 20 minutes and not even get so much as a "I'll be right with you" then be my guest. Otherwise, don't bother. Or visit a different Buffalo Wild Wings location since it's only the Fort Collins, Harmony location that can't seem to figure it out.

Sat at the bar for 10 minutes with nobody greeting us. Looked like there was 1 employee working the whole place. Management needs to seriously take a look at this location because BWW is usually not this bad so something is wrong here.

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been too. Under staffed. Poorly managed. What sport bar has a 100" screen off showing no games during an NFL week 2. Super lame avoid at all cost GO to the Loveland location!!

Was great until they started closing earlier. Now it's just like every other place, lazy and shitty.

I just received my order through grub hub and everything is cold. I know the fault is not with my driver because I watched when she picked up and delivered straight to me. How the fries can be cold and overcooked simultaneously is quite a feat. They are inedible. Seems like my wings have been sitting out for ages under heat lamps before being lazily tossed in sauce. Super disappointed in this experience, I won't be back.

9-26-24: Worst, worst, worst meal I’ve had at BW’s. Just finished a 14 hour day. Not many options at 9pm, so thought of a quick stop for some wings and a beer. I was starving since I hadn’t eaten in about 9 hours. The boneless wings had to have been sitting out for at least an hour or so. I’ve had warmer wings at halftime than these were served. I thought about sending them back. If the cook didn’t care enough to do it right the first time he’s really not going to be happy when he has to do it again. The bartender was friendly and attentive. The beer wasn’t particularly cold. The fries were fresh and mostly hot. Do yourself a favor and keep driving. There are better options in Ft. Collins.
