Abysmal service; our waitress was rude and purposely ignoring our order. Took about 15 mins for a member of staff to get to us and even then they instructed us to have seats although we made it clear we wanted a takeout order. Absolutely unprofessional.

Ordered take out, the chicken wings still had feathers attached. This is not only absolutely disgusting but completely unsanitary. We would give zero stars if it were an option.

If it was possible to give a zero I would. The service has been consistently terrible. We sat down for lunch yesterday (last time EVER), it took 10 min for a server to come and take our drink order and 20 min for the two drinks to arrive (one was a soda, the other a glass of wine- not complicated). We decided to place our order right then and there due to the delay of our drinks. The food took over 30 min to arrive. This would be partially understandable (sort of) if the restaurant was full and they were short staffed. Not the case, there were 4-5 tables of customers (four tops), at least 3 servers available - all of whom disappeared after each customer interaction. We had to get the food to go vs. eating it at the restaurant because it took so long. I will NOT be returning to this establishment as it has only gotten worse over the past year and a half.

Worst wings I've ever had. Got plain wings and they were severely overcooked. Couldn't eat them.

I cannot express enough how utterly disgusted and appalled I am by the horrendous experience my wife and I had at Buffalo Wild Wings. It was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish.Upon receiving our order, it became immediately apparent that something was terribly wrong. My wife received wings that were not just cold, but downright below room temperature. Naturally, I brought this to the attention of our waitress, who then spoke to the manager. What happened next only added insult to injury. In what can only be described as a feeble attempt to rectify the situation, they brought us a fresh batch of wings. However, the stark contrast between the "fresh" wings and the cold ones was undeniable. It was evident that the previous wings had been left out for an unacceptable amount of time, far below the safe temperature threshold where bacteria begin to thrive. But wait, it gets worse. Not only were my replacement wings also below room temperature, but they tasted like something straight out of a nightmare. Instead of the savory flavor of chicken, they tasted unmistakably like tuna. Let that sink in. Tuna. It was abundantly clear that these wings had gone beyond spoiled – they had reached a level of putridity that is downright dangerous. As if the gastronomic assault wasn't enough, hours later, my wife and I found ourselves violently ill, no doubt from the food poisoning we contracted from those abysmal wings. The thought of what we ingested makes my stomach churn even now.Needless to say, we will never darken the doorstep of Buffalo Wild Wings again. And rest assured, I will be reporting this egregious violation of food safety standards to the health department. No one should ever have to endure such a horrendous experience. Shame on Buffalo Wild Wings for subjecting their patrons to such negligence and disregard for basic food safety protocols.

After craving wings all week, I was excited to have lunch here, but the experience was far below expectations. I ordered 6 boneless wings for lunch. Unfortunately, the wings I received were not only room temperature but also smothered in a cold lemon pepper sauce that seemed to have been added as an afterthought. This was not only disappointing from a taste perspective but also raised concerns about the freshness and quality of the food being served. Our waitress was wonderful, but when we brought up the issue with my order, she didn't seem surprised at all. The food was replaced, but the first batch should never have made it to my table.Tonight, I began to feel unwell, exhibiting symptoms that are commonly associated with food poisoning. I paid $60 (which included a tip that our waitress deserves) to get sick. The quality of this place has significantly dropped and I will not be back.

Place was horrible!! There was really no one there and it’s took them over 2 hours to bring out our food and on top of that it was wrong! This used to be my favorite place to eat now it’s just pathetic!

Terrible service. No one even looked at us to see if we had been helped. Waved my arms in the air just to get some water. Only checked on us once. Walked around our table repeatedly with our food before they knew where it went.

My wife and I had the traditional wings and they were great as always. Our server Diego was not only attentive but friendly and prompt as well. Our only disappointment is that the oven has been broken for well over a month. I realize most of the food is either grilled or deep fried but the everything pretzel knots are usually baked in the oven. It’s one of our favorite appetizers. A big corporation like BBW not fixing their kitchen appliances is lame and inexcusable.

The host would not give us a booth as requested. Our food came out one person at a time about 10 minutes apart, the food was way over cooked. We had to ask for silverware. The waiter confused our drinks giving a diabetic a regular drink. Our bill was $70 and we could not eat it. The waiter saw we left 2/3 of our food and offered box and when we refused he didn't even question it. And our appetizer was cold.
