The people in here are working hard, it’s always clean and the order will be on point. The cashier is a respectful person making good choices and extra effort to provide that extra touch of customer service that will surely help the business in the long run. I would not waste your time on those wraps or anything with a tortilla. Not the employees fault just a terrible recipe design by BK.
I originally had a 5 star rating for this Burger King. But I went in the other day and they had this manager named myrella who was completely rude and unprofessional. I purchased a wopper value meal and it was made incorrectly. The fries were cold and my sandwich had tomatoes on it which i am.allergic to. I asked to have my food remade and she refused to replace my order or give me my money back. She made racial remarks towards me. SHE Called me a white boy. If they don't get rid of her, I'll never eat another Burger King AGAIN this gotta be the worst burger king on the planet.

The male drive thru attendant tonight was not very polite. The broiler was broken apparently so they couldn’t cook the Impossible burgers we wanted. We got chicken sandwiches instead. They tasted like they had been out all day under a light. The chicken was dry and hard to eat.

I had a classic melt which was fantastic, however I ordered two chicken sandwiches and I'm sorry I did. Both were overcooked rubbery and tasted like they had been left in a steamer or microwave for too long. They were completely inedible and waste of money. So good job on the melt but otherwise I wouldn't recommend anybody order chicken from them.

Went inside and ordered a whopper meal, the burger always looks like it has been sat on, took top bun to server to show them that it was like a rock, they gave me a new top bun, this store needs an intervention possibly an undercover boss episode! Always loved this store because it's close to where I live but the quality and service has gone down and the building inside is dirty even the pillars have massive cobwebs! Please help this store!

Ordered bacon egg and cheese meal. Got sausage and old tots. This store is awful. Cops called all the time. Homeless all over the lot. And criminals for employees. STAY AWAY. I'm done with BK. I wont drive across town for the same possible service

I went through the drive thru on November 24th at 8:30pm I got a whopper Jr 2 small frys that were cold not to mention i only got one fry and an original chicken sandwich that has been sitting there all day it was hard as a rock tried calling and it says the number is not in service I work at a burger king as a restaurant manager even on my worst days did I ever serve food like this I am very irritated and would like someone to get back to me

When inpulled up a short bald employee was outside smoking pot, but the tall guy inside gave me good food and good service. My son wanted a slushi but I couldn't afford it, and the guy inside bought my son a slushie. Who would have thought that burger king has employees that actually care. Thank you for making my sons day.

Normally everything is bad here, but the new manager working (Jon W) was awesome. He took our order, then made our food (bacon king, whopper with cheese) and then brought it to our table. The service was awesome, the food was great and hot. Burger king needs to keep this guy.

This was Oct 19th, 2024, around 310 pm It was awful, I only ordered a hamburger . Hamburger was not cooked completely, so I go back, and this is what the second hamburger looked like. I had never been so disappointed as I was then. I will never go back.

loved the drive through worker yesterday evening. if i remember correctly her name was veronica, she gave fast service and was diligent, very sweet through our interaction!
I feel the need to leave a review due to poor sanitary and service. I’m flabbergasted that employees are comfortable enough petting dogs while on the clock. Especially touching others food and handling drinks without washing hands. This employee also felt the need to feed the customers dog. When I pulled up to the window I saw her getting ice with a cup right after I seen her petting the dog and giving them food. It’s absolutely disgusting and I hope attention is brought to this matter.
