Cafe Bluebird is always a hit! The food is delicious, timely, and you always get great service. It’s a great, small restaurant perfect for a casual breakfast or meetup. I’d highly recommend checking it out and trying their cinnamon rolls and hash bowls!

My partner did not like his biscuits and gravy due to a lot of sage. I had an egg scramble and it was perfect. Also, we had to park about a block away due to a lack of parking spaces. The service was fast considering how busy they were.

Update DEC 2025: Food was good as well as the service. The coffee is standard for a breakfast restaurant but they also have espresso drinks/specialty lattes. Would recommend the 2X thick toast with Jelly of the month. Service and environment much better than when I last visited 3 years ago. There was plenty of wait on staff this occasion - Saturday at 0930. When Julie said hello it felt like family. I would put Bluebird in my top 5 for Fort Collins breakfast, weighing cost, quality, and atmosphere.
