They would get 5 stars if they would include breakfast burritos in their frequent buy like they do for lunch and dinner. I go there weekly for the breakfast burritos. While they're a great way to start the day, they won't listen to the idea of including them to the rewards.
Overall, I think Cafe Mexicali is a great place to go and get a meal. It has a very nice, warm environment and great tasting affordable food in very large portions. Really my only drawback with it, is that ordering the food can be a bit difficult since it seems the staff can struggle to hear you at times. Aside from that, I definitely think it's worth the trip.
This used to be an affordable place to get burritos, but recently, the price hikes have gotten ridiculous. Things that once were included are now nearly a dollar each, so prepare to pay 17 dollars for a burrito that has sour cream and chips on the side or 20 dollars if you want a drink to go with it.
