Food is always fresh and delicious. Service is good but I always feel a bit rushed. The atmosphere is fun. They have a wonderful drink station. The downside is that every time I visit, the inside temperature is freezing!! On this visit multiple people went out to their vehicles to get their coats to dine comfortably.
I had a horrible experience with service a couple weeks ago. I contacted customer service and got a great follow up call. I was credited the money, all was so sweet. I went in today to use the credit, the girl that caused all the commotion was not there everyone else from that day was but the experience was AS AMAZING as it had always been. Kind and great service great food! I am so happy to have eaten there and enjoy it once again. Thank you cafe Rio!!
The staff yesterday around 5 were fantastic. I’ve been to this location a couple of times and a few other locations but this was the best interaction I’ve had thus far. Cheers to y’all for being amazing!
