Food was horrible fries were burned took 15 minutes to get two burgers and the double were so small they seemed like kids patties I normally go to another Carl’s in the area but this one is horrible would not recommend. If I could put a 0 I would! Wish I could get my money back wasted food. We ordered the Big Karl, Normally it comes with toppings the only toppings it had was old lettuce And the lady even forgot to give us straws and we had to go back inside. I don’t even wanna eat this burger and definitely not going to eat the fries

Always very good! Tried the new hangover burger for the promo and it was delicious! Its pricey but what isnt at this rate, but its worth the experience! The app gives great deals! Theyre always friendly as well!!
I had an excellent dining experience at the Fort Collins location thanks to Gladis Oroz. She was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It’s been awhile since I’ve enjoyed a good meal at a Carl Jr., and Gladis was the difference. Will return for sure, and recommend my friends!
Maybe consider not having sisters working together and running a franchise like your homes. All the people who work here expect maybe 2 are related and are all rude ! The food is never consistent and at 1 point the restaurant smelled like fish and porta potty. GO TO LOVELAND!
