Ordered spaghetti and fettuccine Alfredo spaghetti was fine but for almost 8 dollars I got a small bowl of just noodles no Alfredo sauce very disappointing

Call the head to make sure they could accommodate us in our party size. That they did. Waited over an hour and they had not even started our meals yet. 4 tables around us were served their meals and a couple of them even checked out and left before we seen our meals. I had to walk to the kitchen counter and inquire as to what was taking so long. They never clearly answered why we did not receive our food. They did comp our meals after giving us most of them. My wife and I ended up not eating in order to save time. The service was very slow. In all we managed to get our meals an hour and a half after being seated when the restaurant was mostly empty. The atmosphere was pretty depressing. Empty and slow. We were so frustrated we could not wait just to get out of there. We had eight kids with us and they were starving... somehow they ran out of lasagna in the Italian restaurant. Doesn't Carrabba's cook fresh, the kitchen is in full View. How do you run out of pasta and sauce? Isn't lasagna your staple dish. At 6:00 p.m. in an empty restaurant I don't see how this is possible. We will not be back. We will wait the 1 hour wait to eat at Olive Garden.

Normally we've had good experiences here. That was nit the case today (6-29-25) my wife and son went for lunch and had decent service, they ordered to go plates for myself and other son that were at home. After waiting unusually long, they had found out that one order was not placed and had to wait longer....OK I get it stuff happens.. manager comped the missed meal order which was nice. Well, when she arrived home, noticed 2 of the meals had wrong sides and the steak ordered medium rare was definitely close to well done. No where near proper cook. All in all not satisfied with the waitress and product served. Manager is the only saving grace to maybe one day try it again.

We've eaten here for years and loved it and just started ordering take out the last two Sundays for lunch. First Sunday was perfect, server brought order to our car, as indicated on the website (you put your vehicle make and model). We tipped 20% and food/service was great and on time. Today it said it would be ready and my husband was there, same car, at the curbside pick-up. He assumed the restaurant was experiencing delays and waited patiently for 20 minutes, and nobody brought the order out. He called, someone picked up, but did not speak to him. He waited patiently for someone to talk, and nobody did. He hung up and tried again. He was informed that he was to call them when he arrived, which wasn't indicated when we ordered. He was told the order was ready by the time promised. We tipped nicely again, when placing the order, for subpar service and barely warm food. Please get communication straight with your "curbside pickups." My husband is just too polite and workers need to keep an eye out if they know they have a pickup order!

Every part of our first Carrabba's experience was well above our expectations. Having read some of the reviews posted here, we were pleasantly surprised and impressed. Our server was great. Arriving early would probably be the best plan for a fantastic experience.

We are long-time customers, dine-in and carry-out. Unfortunately, we've been noticing a decline in food quality for awhile now. Our take-out meal this week was the worst yet. From the Caeser salads containing less and less lettuce, barely any parm, to our Fettuccine Alfredo having NO Alfredo sauce, to our Chicken Marsala having NO Marsala sauce or mushrooms. To say our very plain meal was a disappointment, a pricey disappointment, is an understatement. Because of the steady decline, with this being the worst, we're not even sure we'll try again. Really too bad for a restaurant capable of high quality, delicious food. Bummer

Food was cold and service was terrible due to low wait staff. Our waitress told us she was working 16 tables and was racing back and forth from the kitchen to the dining area because they were so short staffed. She never removed the empty dishes from our table and we were there for a few hours. I doubt we will be returning.
