My family and I got to enjoy Chick-fil-A twice while visiting my in-laws (lunch one day and dinner the next!), and it reminded us just how much we miss having one near us. The food was delicious both times, and the service truly stood out.
Even though it was busy, everything felt smooth and well-paced—we were able to find a seat, and it seemed like people came and went in a really considerate, timely way. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and there was one team member in particular who kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed (and more). That kind of care doesn’t go unnoticed.
Such a great experience all around—we’ll definitely be looking forward to our next visit!

This Chick-fil-A is so fun and they always have some sort of family activity at their restaurant! We’ve tried bingo, stuffy night and daughter daddy date night. So much fun!

Weird place. Drive-thru line generally extends to hundreds of feet away forcing more idle time and pollution for the surrounding area. Nearly every parking spot has a sign telling you why you can't park there. Employees fear losing their jobs so their customer service is on par with fine dining restaurants of yesteryear. Food is almost too good and I wonder what kind of chemicals I'm ingesting.

My husband went to pick up some Chick Fil A breakfast for the fam, he ordered a 10 count chicken mini for our two little ones to share. Upon returning home, we discovered they actually gave us a 30 count chicken nugget? Which is still good, but not breakfast, and we all know the yeast rolls are the best part about chicken minis.
This wasnt a huge deal, but when we tried calling, it rang until we were sent to voicemail, with a full voicemail box. Twice. My main complaint is not with the order mix-up, but the fact that we couldnt get ahold of a real person to solve this issue. Why even list a phone number if no one is there to get the phones? My kids and I are disappointed.

I bring my customers here all the time and eat here wayyyyy more than I should probably admit haha. Jay is also specifically a very awesome guy too! Tried the breakfast for the first time. Round hash browns were soggy like. The burrito all the sausage and potato on one end while eggs was on the other end.

We went through the drive-through around 8:15 this evening. It wasn’t very busy, so I was surprised by how many issues we had with our order. We ordered two 4-count chicken strip meals. One of those meals was supposed to include a side salad with bacon, egg, and honey mustard. We also ordered a Cobb salad with avocado lime ranch.
When we received our order, we immediately realized both orders of chicken strips were missing. My husband had to go inside to let them know and have that corrected. Once we got home and started eating, we found that my side salad was incorrect. It had no bacon and no boiled egg which I had paid extra for. Neither salad had any dressing included. On top of that, the fries were unsalted, soggy, and not fresh.
Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the missing items and the overall quality of the food tonight. This isn’t the level of accuracy or quality we usually expect.

I ordered a grilled chicken wrap with waffle fries, and a drink. I did not care for the grilled chicken at all. The lettuce was definitely not fresh and the grilled chicken just did not taste good. I could honestly say the grilled chicken wrap at Wendy’s is better.
However, a few months later, I just ordered this again. Unfortunately, it was the same problem. The grilled chicken wrap was not good. Lettuce was not fresh and the grilled chicken doesn’t taste good. I would expect more from Chick-fil-A. Very disappointed with the grilled chicken wrap.
