I ordered food, sat down and sent a text, and my food was brought to me. That's more than fast. Well done. I live in Cheyenne, and the drive through is a 30-40 minute adventure, sometimes. The speed of this location was more than I hoped for. Again, well done.
I witnessed the manager kindly interacting with his staff. I was treated with the same kindness. The staff were all busy cleaning, delivering food, or working behind the counter. No one was standing around without a purpose, and the atmosphere remained pleasant in spite of how busy it was mid day on a Monday.
I'd recommend this location as a gikd standard for Chick-fil-a restaurants.
Ordered online for a large order. Waited and waited and waited. Then had to go in to get the order. Waited in line to talk to someone to find the order. Finally when some asked they gave me a cold order. I didn’t have time to have them remake.
Really not happy and wouldn’t have even gone except my 95 year old dad requested

I got the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun. I had asked for no tomato, but when I got my order, there were two tomatoes that were soaked due to the fact they put it in a separate container. Simple mistake but it ruined my meal. Workers are super chill tho and it was very busy.

I don't get it... They force you to order food on a ipad... I prefer to see the menu board.They actually may sell extras that way , it's weird , they've been doing it for about four years now.... And it's flipping annoying.

I placed an order for 40 sandwiches and 40 fries in the morning for lunch. The employee I spoke with on the phone was kind and patient, and very helpful. I opted to pick up, it was around 11:30 AM and it was very busy. All the employees were professional, kind and attentive to all the customers. I came back around 4 o’clock that afternoon for 20 more sandwiches and 20 more small fries and my experience was exactly the same. Everyone was very busy but acknowledged every customer quickly. In a time when it seems, it’s hard to get good customer service my experience here pleasantly surprised me. My company was celebrating, the food was delicious and my experience will bring us back. Well done!

Still my favorite place for a simple grilled chicken sandwich. Though, I really don't like the new French fries. I am edentulous, meaning I have no teeth, I used to eat here more when they still had their old fries because they were not dry/crunchy like they are now; So much for that though. They also just taste overwhelmingly like pea. Are bad fries a reason to avoid a place? Ask Wendy's, they'll probably know
