Went in to order, and was greeted with a smile,..they got my order right and is was speedy! thanks, Chris! And thanks, Chili's!

this chilis is a great escape from cooking for myself and friends. the wait staff is very quick even in peak times. I think the bar is little for drinking in but I usually get a table.

Stop eating big corporations food thought it was good until I puked it all back up this morning

Our server Lacey was amazing! She was very on top of it. Very nice and timely. She had outstanding service!

Very delicious server's are always fast and friendly. only thing really is the young blonde hostess is always rude if you try to ask for a booth she gets super mad about it and will slam the menus on the table or say something under her breath. First time we thought she was just having a bad day other tables said she did the same thing to do them. 2nd time it happened I ask for her manager she refused I left it at that. Clearly she's done this multiple times and nothing will be done about her.

I've been a long time Chili Head. I worked at a Chilis in KS during college for 3 years. Chilis has been my go-to chain restaurant since early 2000s. Long story short, I've had my fair share of Presidente margaritas. I always tell people to go to Chili's to get a GOOD margarita, but honestly, I think I drank my last Presidente rita tonight. I want to say, the last THREE Presidente margaritas I've had have not been on point.
(These were spaced out over months too). There is something is missing. The first drink like this, I wrote it off as an "oops." It almost tasted like there was no alcohol in it. Tried it again another time...same thing. Tried again tonight...another flat, tasteless drink. What!?! I have a hard time believing I hit the same bartender each time (maybe, do they know how to make it correctly!?!) Either that or something changed: Brand of alcohol, less alcohol...idk, it's a crap drink now. It is not the same amazingness it use to be. Sad, it has always been my go-to drink for a LONG time.

Service is typical for the venue - sometimes great, sometimes average. Food is typically consistent. Love your French fries dipped in your honey mustard. Good burgers. Good Ribeye. Other margaritas have been good. Can't pass up your Southwest egg rolls. Wish you would bring back the broccoli cheese soup you took away years ago.

Great food and great deals! Staff was friendly and attentive. I hadn't been to Chilis in over 10 years and wasted happy with the food and service we had. Will definitely return!
