Just downloaded the app so I got the free guac. They didn’t put guac in the bag, so I went back to ask for it. They challenged me on whether or not the guac should be included…the free, welcome to using the Chipotle app guac…I showed them the order on the app but apparently that’s not good enough. They’re fighting me on the free guac that comes with a purchase for signing up on the app? Pretty petty guys.

Ordered delivery, mistake. My burrito bowl was suppose to have rice, beans, chicken peppers, hot salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. I only got rice, beans and chicken. The rest of the toppings were thrown on to my wife's bowl it looks like so she couldn't really eat hers either because of diety restrictions and also quite frankly it wasn't what she ordered. I get missing an ingredient here and there but how do you miss 5 ingredients? A waste of money and I should know better because this has happened every time.

My husband and I wanted to try the brisket that has been advertised lately on television. It did not disappoint!! We both thought it was delicious and would love to have it again.

This place has gone beyond down hill. I've been eating at Chipotle since the beginning on Colorado Blvd and I will no longer eat here. I'm tired of getting home and only being able to fill 2 out of three shells because I have miniscule meat. They want you to pay extra for getting shells on side and enough meat to fulfill your order. I'm too old to have to walk in filming for tictok just to get a completed menu order.

I have tried to be understanding with you guys I am not really a picky customer but you guys have messed up my order the last three times and it’s just making us not want to go. The last one we got chicken and carnitas and we literally got no meat. I’m just disappointed. We like the food but we have gotten it wrong so often lately

Man this place has gone way downhill lately. I used to eat here daily, now it's one of my last choices and after this last visit I probably won't be back. The staff used to be awesome, and some of the girls are still great but not as many friendly faces anymore which honestly I don't even care about all that much as long as the food is good but my biggest complaint is the meat. Holy hell has the quality of their meat gotten bad. The past 2 times I've been I've had to throw my bowl away before I could finish it because the chicken and steak were so fatty/grisly it's extremely unappetizing to be eating multiple bites of that. Add onto that the price hike it's just not worth it to eat here anymore.

I love Chipotle but I won't come to the one on Harmony and Timberline in Fort Collins anymore. The guy serving me gave me 1/2 scoop of everything... Rice, beans, sofritas, veggies...... I had to keep asking for a little more..... It was very awkward and I was just wondering why the heck doesn't he just put a normal scoop of everything! My Sofritas bowl wound up looking like a cup. Very unsatisfying for the price.

I have been a die-hard Chipotle fan and eater, but after my order tonight I am just over the continual disappointment. My main complaint is with the portion of food, especially meat. It started happening in the last two years.. One time I counted the meat in my burrito bowl (from my to go order) and it was five cube sized pieces. Tonight on every one of my portions: rice, beans, meat, fajitas, etc. it was about half of what they normally give. I added all the condiments and by the time my order was complete there was still significant room at the top of my bowl, whereas a couple of years ago with the portions they typically gave, it would have been a very full bowl. My bowl tonight looked half empty.

Additionally, I always order a bag of chips and it is literally a 50-50 chance whether the chips are good or horrible (stale with no salt). I keep giving them chances, but this is beginning to feel like the new normal. My meal came out to $15/ meal and when you're paying that amount but get only half the food, it is frustrating.

Wasn't paying attention while they made my burrito and wasn't aware of how small they make them now. It was smaller than a value burrito from fast food places. If I wasn't so hungry I wouldn't have paid for it. Will never eat Chipotle again.

I’m not from this location. I stopped here after traveling all day. I’ve never experienced the small portions until today. I can’t believe the amount of food that I was given. In addition, it’s like they didn’t even want to change out the empty food containers for instance, I asked for sour cream instead of grabbing one she continued to scrape and scrape and scrape and still didn’t change it. I asked for extra and she didn’t give me extra cheese and threw half a handful and put the cover on Immediately.

Definitely will not be back to this location when I travel in this area
