The person making the burrito was not spreading the ingredients out, causing them to pile up in the middle, and had issues with wrapping it. I had to deconstruct and put it back together. I have only gone to chipotle maybe twice ever, similar issue before, I didn’t know this was a common thing. I don’t usually write reviews, and yes, I have worked in retail and in food service. Please spread the ingredients a bit, I swear it helps!! :)

We arrived at 08:52PM for dinner and it was VERY disturbing watching the team cleaning the kitchen, food area, floors, drainage..the main food carts were moved away from the glasses so to clean the floor and drain underneath...and the store closes at 10PM (?!?).. passing the squeegee OVER the food carts while prepping the food orders!!!

I understand everyone wants to leave on time to go home but cleaning and preparing food orders in front of the customers and also asking them to speak a bit louder so, they can hear??? I know I will never go to Chipotle after 8PM anymore or ever..so disturbing, disappointed, discouraging...

I ordered a bowl and a drink, when I took the lid off my bowl it was half full. It’s so stupid how they charge $12.50 for a bowl and only fill the bowl half way. Even though Qdoba doesn’t taste as good I’m going to be going to Qdoba from now on because they actually fill up my bowls.

This store routinely skimps on their portion sizes. It is by FAR the smallest portions I get out of any Chipotle location I go to. I love me some Chipotle but I never go here anymore as I gave them enough chances thinking it may have been just the server but got tired of half full bowls.

My new goto is Qdoba, free toppings including guac and queso. Cant beat that and the server asked me if I wanted more rice and beans seeing as I was having a veggie bowl.....no skimping here boys and girls!

Just downloaded the app so I got the free guac. They didn’t put guac in the bag, so I went back to ask for it. They challenged me on whether or not the guac should be included…the free, welcome to using the Chipotle app guac…I showed them the order on the app but apparently that’s not good enough. They’re fighting me on the free guac that comes with a purchase for signing up on the app? Pretty petty guys.

Ordered delivery, mistake. My burrito bowl was suppose to have rice, beans, chicken peppers, hot salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. I only got rice, beans and chicken. The rest of the toppings were thrown on to my wife's bowl it looks like so she couldn't really eat hers either because of diety restrictions and also quite frankly it wasn't what she ordered. I get missing an ingredient here and there but how do you miss 5 ingredients? A waste of money and I should know better because this has happened every time.

My husband and I wanted to try the brisket that has been advertised lately on television. It did not disappoint!! We both thought it was delicious and would love to have it again.

This place has gone beyond down hill. I've been eating at Chipotle since the beginning on Colorado Blvd and I will no longer eat here. I'm tired of getting home and only being able to fill 2 out of three shells because I have miniscule meat. They want you to pay extra for getting shells on side and enough meat to fulfill your order. I'm too old to have to walk in filming for tictok just to get a completed menu order.

I have tried to be understanding with you guys I am not really a picky customer but you guys have messed up my order the last three times and it’s just making us not want to go. The last one we got chicken and carnitas and we literally got no meat. I’m just disappointed. We like the food but we have gotten it wrong so often lately

Man this place has gone way downhill lately. I used to eat here daily, now it's one of my last choices and after this last visit I probably won't be back. The staff used to be awesome, and some of the girls are still great but not as many friendly faces anymore which honestly I don't even care about all that much as long as the food is good but my biggest complaint is the meat. Holy hell has the quality of their meat gotten bad. The past 2 times I've been I've had to throw my bowl away before I could finish it because the chicken and steak were so fatty/grisly it's extremely unappetizing to be eating multiple bites of that. Add onto that the price hike it's just not worth it to eat here anymore.

Food is constantly good! Way better than other locations in my opinion!!

Have not been to a Chipotle before. Felt a bit rushed with my order. But the cashier was very kind!
