staff was helpful in my decision making when I realized the Chipotle honey chicken was no longer a protein option. bring it back, Chipotle! I visited very frequently, at least once a week when this option was available!
cute location. spacious dining area. service with a smile.
luckily, there was a spot available on street parking. I'm unsure if they have parking in the back.

I always have problems with take out Chipotle. Something is always wrong unless you order it there. Tonight I ordered steak tacos with lots of toppings on it and somehow the tacos only came with rice and meat. I had driven all the way home before I noticed and they’d be closed by the time I drove back. I was so sad because it’s so good when they make it right.

I ordered chipotle from GrubHub I asked for a bowl I asked for the Carne Asada with sour cream, veggies, salsa, and all that and I literally got a scoop of Carne Asada a scoop of rice. I asked for no beans and there’s beans this is why I stick to Qdoba chipotle you are ridiculous.

I placed an order to go at 4:30 through the mobile chipotle app directly, the order was around 50$. It was over an hour of my order saying it was “nearby” or “arriving” when I contacted the driver they spoke NO ENGLISH and were not helpful. I had to drive in to the chipotle to figure out what was going on because I could not get in contact with the actual chipotle location. When I got there and described the situation to the manager they were not helpful at all, their response was that “there’s nothing they can do”.

Very friendly staff and very efficient store for how busy it is, however I have yet to receive a whole portion of any ingredient besides sour cream in every order from this location. Today was the worst, I had to ask the staff if “that was it” after receiving a quarter scoop of rice and beans and about 6 pieces of steak, they just looked at me. several other customers in line noted that we were paying 10-15 dollars for a glorified snack. I’m curious if the staff is instructed to not give the customers enough food or if they just don’t like us. The portions are ridiculously terrible.

Ordered delivery they gave us an entirely incorrect order and then when we tried calling to have the issue fixed were directed to a robot answering machine who did nothing to help us get a refund or our correct order just gave us free entree coupons which cannot be used together and doesn't compensate for the delivery charge. Literally just theft at that point. I don't know why there's seemingly no way to actually contact the restaurant.
Chipotle as expected! Only gave it 4 starts cause my kiddo kept finding other ingredients than the ones he ordered in his food.

Celiacs are welcome here! At this location, the staff readily changed their gloves, replaced the lettuce, and changed the serving spoons without any specific requests. Thank you so much for the kindness, and safety when handling her order! It was the best experience I’ve had at any Chipotle location with a Celiac.

My gfs food was cold and she had to reheat her entire food 10 minutes after we got it from the location. My chicken tasted raw. And they forgot a good amount of the food that should’ve came with the order. Unacceptable
Used to be OK, but after two nights in a row of awful food and service, I can safely say I wont be back. Last night I order a double barbacoa burrito for delivery and it looked considerably smaller than an even a regular burrito. I was able to eat the entire thing in 10 bites which is crazy. Tonight i went in to see if standing in line would make a difference. It did! Instead of my burrito sitting outside in the freezing cold without a knock or ring of the doorbell, I was line cutted by 5 fat girls that wanted to believe they were athletes. Employees see this and say nothing to them. I order a double barbacoa burrito. Bigger than yesterday’s but was charged almost 20 dollars. They still gave me an average amount of barbacoa but most certainly charged me extra. The guy who rolled my burrito made a massive mess and he rolls the thing out on the foil which is covered in sour cream, so now is the outside of my burrito so now are my hands and clothes. I bite into my burrito and the rice was actually hard which is insane

This location is a standout store. Their service is on point, they regularly crush a 40+ person line in under 20 minutes. They typically get mobile orders correct as well.
After moving to Denver, it has become apparent that this is not the standard at other Chipotle stores. Standing in line for 10+ minutes while they serve three people ahead, mobile orders lacking primary, obvious ingredients. Etc.
