My gfs food was cold and she had to reheat her entire food 10 minutes after we got it from the location. My chicken tasted raw. And they forgot a good amount of the food that should’ve came with the order. Unacceptable

Used to be OK, but after two nights in a row of awful food and service, I can safely say I wont be back. Last night I order a double barbacoa burrito for delivery and it looked considerably smaller than an even a regular burrito. I was able to eat the entire thing in 10 bites which is crazy. Tonight i went in to see if standing in line would make a difference. It did! Instead of my burrito sitting outside in the freezing cold without a knock or ring of the doorbell, I was line cutted by 5 fat girls that wanted to believe they were athletes. Employees see this and say nothing to them. I order a double barbacoa burrito. Bigger than yesterday’s but was charged almost 20 dollars. They still gave me an average amount of barbacoa but most certainly charged me extra. The guy who rolled my burrito made a massive mess and he rolls the thing out on the foil which is covered in sour cream, so now is the outside of my burrito so now are my hands and clothes. I bite into my burrito and the rice was actually hard which is insane

This location is a standout store. Their service is on point, they regularly crush a 40+ person line in under 20 minutes. They typically get mobile orders correct as well.

After moving to Denver, it has become apparent that this is not the standard at other Chipotle stores. Standing in line for 10+ minutes while they serve three people ahead, mobile orders lacking primary, obvious ingredients. Etc.

I ordered online for pickup. After picking it up and opening it at home I realized how the bowl was basically empty (It was less than half full).

The typical Chipotle flavor you expect and love. Portion size was average. Service was about what you can expect around a college town. Workers that are there for a paycheck. No real complaints to be honest.

Their portion sizes are HORRIBLE. I ordered delivery so I didn’t get to see them make it and when it arrived I got 1/3 of a normal bag of chips and 1/2 empty bowl to which they put hardly any of each item. Very disappointed.

Not enough meat

Terrible experience. Ordered chicken quesadilla but employee refused to serve me chicken saying it was only for online orders. So I ordered the brisket only to find out they were charging me $17 for a quesadilla with 2 ingredients. Place sucks.

It's the first time that buy online and they barely put any food on it. I ordered a steak book and it came with no protein at all.

I absolutely love this place and if I could I'd eat here every single day. My favorite part is that I can order online and run in and pick up without having to wait in line or interact with people most of the time. But when I do have to interact I must say the staff is friendly and respectful. Thank you for treating your customers the right way.

All rice in our burritos. Wont go here ever again. not good at all. The rice didn't have ANY FLAVOR WHAT SO EVER EITHER! 60 bucks for nothing. Bs!
