Absolutely delicious- wonderful staff! Eggplant parmigiana, bruschetta sampler, the dessert sampler was AMAZING! Great wine selection and imported beers.
This used to be our favorite wine bar. They used to have an immense wine list with knowledgeable servers. I understand that they've changed ownership and our favorite server/wine person is gone. Tonight, we had a horrible experience with wine flights (none of them were spectacular), service was glacial, and there was a couple that complained about everything near enough that they helped ruin the experience by keeping the server from doing anything but helping them. This used to be our favorite place, but we won't be back.
We had a lovely and delicious evening sampling from each course on the menu. Great wine selection. Great atmosphere. Attentive wait staff. Spoke with the fantastic chef. Will definitely be coming back!!
Newly re-opened. Wine options limited but excellent; tried several reds and the Collet champagne, all well chosen. Moved on to a mediterranean salad (my husband) and I had the scallops. I kid you not, those scallops were the best I've had, from Flagstaff in boulder to the Michelin star Kitchen in Sacramento: flavorful and delicate. I simply can not get over how perfect they were. The salad was good, not extaordinary, simply laid out, not tossed, but deconstructed. The oil used on it was fruity yet buttery. The taster Bruschetta, four types, were good (husband liked the tapenade one, and the beet one; I preferred the strawberry one and the cherry tomato one; I would have liked a stronger modena vinegar to top the beet and strawberry, but the baguette bread was the perfect crunchy crust and fresh/soft inside. Tiramisu, so good, especially with the dry desert wine recommended. Owner was friendly and interested in our opinions. My opinion--made another reservation for next weekend. Can't wait!
More than a wine bar!Really enjoyed dinner here… heirloom tomato caprese salad, beautifully prepared (and plentiful) mussels, pappardelle pasta with shrimp and mushroom, and outstanding tiramisu.Highly recommend.
Went for a girls night with a friend and while it took 7 tries to find a white wine bottle we wanted that they actually had chilled, we finally found one and for the inconvenience the staff gave us a percentage off. The food was so great and fresh, will be back! I don't wanna dock stars for the lack of fridge space to store bottles to keep chill, but maybe lessen the wine list just a little until you are able to keep all listings chilled and ready for purchase and drinking until there's the space especially if they are on the menu ready to be ordered. Love that you had gluten free options for us as well!!!
We had been seeing their sign out front for live jazz on Wednesday’s and finally stopped in. Loved this sweet little spot! So cozy, ambiance was great, server was so friendly and helpful. Wine was delicious with lots of options. Food was all great - would recommend everything we got (pesto, meatballs, tiramisu)! Can’t wait to go back.
Great place! The tapas are 1st rate. I am not a wine drinker however they do have full bar as well. The freshness of their tapas.... wow.. We just had a birthday party there and it was perfect. Thank you all for such a great experience.
This place never disappointed me. Everything is freshly made from scratch and the crew is super friendly to explain where the ingredients come from. For sure the best place in Fort Collins for a good wine at very decent price in town.
The menu was so personable and shared tidbits of Chef's life with each entrée description. We went on Wednesday night and were delighted to have live music and fresh handmade pasta! Delicious!

This outlines my personal experience. Well, I’ve been twice to this place. Not again. First - it is incredibly noisy - especially when screechy drunk people are in there. Like nails on a chalk board. Now, the food…the meatballs, good - everything else…marginal. There is one server for the entire place - while he is doing his very best, people walk out left and right. I sat there for 1.5 hours. Not worth it, miserable experience actually. ?
High quality ingredients and well prepared food (albeit a limited menu). Attentive service and wellingness to prepare an off menu pesto pasta dish. Really enjoyed the Capresi, Lasagna Napolitano and the Tiramisu.
The servers were knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The atmosphere felt much like a wee trip to Europe and the ease of conversation while sitting alone at the bar was a wonderful release from a stressful day. Highly recommend for a casual catch up with a friend or for a solo trip for the night. You won't be disappointed. #treatyoself
Ciao Vino is a quaint place to have a celebratory dinner, enjoy a wonderful glass of wine, chat with friends or have a new culinary experience. I’m a member of their red wine club and so far it’s been fantastic. The culinary expertise is authentic, the atmosphere approachable and the desire to make the pleasure of food and wine accessible to different types of people is apparent in the variety of prices on their extensive sommelier-curated wine list. My new favorite Italian Restaurant in Fort Collins.
Wine was superb. Food excellent. Customer Service extraordinary!
