Cold Stone Creamery - West Elizabeth St.

I came in like 6 days before I needed the cake and paid for one to be made for my daughter who would be turning 9. I came in to pick up the cute , special made, all vanilla ice cream cake and was told they forgot about her & didn’t make the cake . So this is the cake they gave me last minute which looks awful instead of a cute KitKat cake we ordered with different colored writing in the icing. The guy that worked there just handed it to me like he was mad because I was upset like who wouldn’t be. We won’t be coming back here to order any cakes !!!

I ordered a reeses shake and received chocolate milk, it was NOT shake consistency at all, I requested them to remake it and to their credit, this one was shake consistency but it was still just a chocolate shake. They were busy so i waited until the line was done amd the rest of the costumers left to ask yet again to have them remake it. Wouldnt you know its, this third shake was once again liquid, no where near shake consistency and I dare say worse than the first. I'm not sure if it had reeses although I'm sure it did but I just threw the shake away and left with out trying it because I didnt want to yell at anyone after a rush. I dont understand why the employees seem incapable of making a shake but it was a waste of time and money and the employees seemed annoyed that I kept asking to have it remade, understandable. I was annoyed too.

So according to the menu description, my order was their berry berry creation, which should include strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, correct me if I’m wrong but for $10 there’s not a whole lot of berries in my berry berry creation. Maybe they should change it to the non-berry berry berry creation And have better training for their workers. Reading the other negative reviews about this location, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.

Yummy flavors, staff were very friendly, funny and helpful. Great bday treats or anytime. Ice cream. You deserve it.

Average cold stone experience when it comes to the actual ice cream. Staff are always distracted and disorganized whenever I’ve stopped by. My friend ordered a smoothie and it took over 15 minutes to make.One time we went in and the lady refused to take our order for the “smaller” or “medium” size cup, until we called it the “like it” and “love it.”The next time we tried ordering at the same location the “like it” size and got stared at like we were crazy, until we specified the size as the “smallest” one.Came here after prom since it was one of the few places still open late, so at least there’s that.

I'm not one to leave reviews but this place is so bad that I had to make a Google account to leave a review. I went in with my kids a couple months ago and the girl with the red hair is such a brat and very unenthusiastic about making this establishment a fun place to be with my family. We felt very unwelcome and it felt like she just wanted us to get out both times we were there. Very disappointing. The Restroom and Lobby were also disgusting and sticky!

I enjoy Coldstone a lot, but this particular location has some serious management and staffing issues. I've never been able to notice anything like this except when it comes to this location. Subpar quality and very little attention to what you are asking for. When it comes to communication with the staff, they seem very overwhelmed and it's sad knowing that they are trying their best.

I love their ice cream and the staff is great. The location has a serious problem with their plumbing. I have notice a sewage smell the last couple of times we have went. Tonight it was unbelievably bad, like open sewer line bad. The owner needs to address this issue.

The staff is always amenable and they treat my daughter very nicely each time we come in. I appreciate the service.However, the location has the distinct smell of sewage throughout the location. It is inescapable. It is not the bathroom. It is the entire place. Not very appetizing.
