Had a great visit to Cold Stone Creamery. The staff was super helpful and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. They were patient and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Great service and great ice cream, can’t ask for more!

I’ve seen a lot of reviews about this location that say the same thing, employees brush you off and treat you so rudely, even if you treat them with respect and kindness. I would avoid this location if you want to be treated like a regular person lol

Was nothing but kind and respectful to the employees, but was brushed off almost entirely, and treated like a nuisance. Be better people.

My kids and I ordered the large cups. The service was fine and the experience went well.

I came in like 6 days before I needed the cake and paid for one to be made for my daughter who would be turning 9. I came in to pick up the cute , special made, all vanilla ice cream cake and was told they forgot about her & didn’t make the cake . So this is the cake they gave me last minute which looks awful instead of a cute KitKat cake we ordered with different colored writing in the icing. The guy that worked there just handed it to me like he was mad because I was upset like who wouldn’t be. We won’t be coming back here to order any cakes !!!

I ordered a reeses shake and received chocolate milk, it was NOT shake consistency at all, I requested them to remake it and to their credit, this one was shake consistency but it was still just a chocolate shake. They were busy so i waited until the line was done amd the rest of the costumers left to ask yet again to have them remake it. Wouldnt you know its, this third shake was once again liquid, no where near shake consistency and I dare say worse than the first. I'm not sure if it had reeses although I'm sure it did but I just threw the shake away and left with out trying it because I didnt want to yell at anyone after a rush. I dont understand why the employees seem incapable of making a shake but it was a waste of time and money and the employees seemed annoyed that I kept asking to have it remade, understandable. I was annoyed too.

So according to the menu description, my order was their berry berry creation, which should include strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, correct me if I’m wrong but for $10 there’s not a whole lot of berries in my berry berry creation. Maybe they should change it to the non-berry berry berry creation And have better training for their workers. Reading the other negative reviews about this location, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.
