It is exactly what it looks like. Breakfast burritos were priced to what you get. Green chili is good and 🔥 🥵! My 10 yr old could handle the medium.

If youre gonna ask for tip before you serve food or service people than you better be doing 120% of the effort. I tip 20% everytime. You’re expected to do the job 100% … 100% + 20% =120%. We went 3 times in one week last week. They forgot the hash browns for our order each time. 2 combos, literally 2 burritos and 2 orders of hashbrowns. I know, “why didnt you check your bag” because i tip 20% so i shouldn’t have too. Since when is tip an expectation? For 30yrs ive tipped 20% up to 100% of bills depending on how well people serve/ take care of me when i give them my money and time.
Consuelos is not worth my time or money any more. Its just burritos and it shouldn’t be this hard to check my bag when you bag my order, its your job so i dont have too. Thanks but no thanks.

Consuelo's Express is a great place to get your breakfast on the way to work. The burritos are excellent and the food is delicious. Take one look at the line every morning, it speaks to the quality and popularity of the food. If you need a good breakfast and are on the way to work, stop by and try a breakfast burrito special. You won't be disappointed.

Used to be a great place, apparently not anymore. I was in shock. First order one of the breakfast burritos was cool, not even warm - sent it back in through the drive-up window and received a wrong burrito in exchange. Decided to go in to speak to someone (she was nice) but received another barely warm burrito, although the correct type. Decided to just get money back after 3 attempts to get correct food could not be met. Manager came out and yelled at me because of their mistakes. I asked for a refund, she disappeared for several minutes and came back with 2 burritos. I explained I no longer wanted the burritos and just wanted a refund by this point. She was totally rude and said she was the owners daughter. Then she said I was rude because I asked for a refund in front of her staff - there is no place to speak privately. A very bad experience.

I’ve been going to Consuelo’s since 2007. Today, instead of a handful of salt, I got a handful of sugar packets mixed in with a few packets of salt. Seriously?!? Who eats tamales with sugar? Why so hard up with the salt? I tipped your staff nearly 50% of my food order to be kind. Why did I even bother? Couldn’t even enjoy my tamales sin sal! And I didn’t even get silverware or napkins. Desgracdios.

I've been going to consuelos for years now. So long that I was very surprised it was a recommendation on my reviews because I could have sworn I already ranted and raved about how wonderful they are to everyone I know. At this point in time, I pass them on the way to work and typically if I didn't prepare, which is more often than I'd like to admit, I'll grab one burrito for breakfast and an extra to eat for lunch. Theyre filling, delicious, and in all the time I've been going they have only messed up my order 2 times. They are constantly giving back to the community and they treat their employees well as far as I can tell. I couldnt complain when they were closed between Christmas and new years because it tells me their staff was getting a well deserved break to be with their families. I will continue to support consuelos as long as they keep making their green chili the same way. Different everyday. 🩷
Consuelos gives you a punch card buy 10 burritos get the 11th free but they'll only punch it once per day even if you buy 10 burritos and it actually comes out to the same price 10 burritos in one day or 10 burritos in 10 days it's the same price but they refuse to understand that
