Consuelo's is the best place, every time I've ordered in person or on dash it's been incredible. Their staff are always friendly, the green chile is out of this world, and their portions are great. Prices on everything are well within market, it's a must try if you have not - they won the 2025 Best use of green Chile awards hosted in NM which means you got to try! and a family-owned business in Fort Collins, Colorado if you want to keep supporting local.

One of (if not) the BEST breakfast burritos in FoCo! Very large selection at a very reasonable price. They can fill your order quickly too. Note that you can no longer dine inside
