Food was really good but the service was slow and not friendly. We were in Ft. Collins for the CSU basketball game and this just missed the mark. Sadly the personality and lack of care by our server just soured it. No drink refills (even water), weak drink, and waited really long for the bill. So bummed to have to write a negative review.
First time at Fort Collins and mu husband want to try some different beer. We stopped for lunch. I had great chicken tenders! My husband did a sampling of 4 flight beers. Enjoyed all 4! He had the burnt end sandwich with sweet potato fries. Meal was great and the service was wonderful! Thank you!
08/29/2023 The most undecorated pub that I have ever seen. It just did not have the right feel to be called a pub. Brewery is more like it. Other than that, tasty food, good beer, and friendly servers. I would visit it again.
Visiting family in the area and all came here for lunch. Outside dining. Very good food, beer, and service. Enjoyed the area very much. (I ordered the reuben and was very pleased with it. I shared a flight of beers with another family member. Delicious). I would definitely return.
Great Drinks but the bartending service was bad. I serve myself and i’m always looking to tip more than 20%. But the bartender was not good and not attentive. They also had a bad attitude and didn’t ask if I wanted food or anything else.. 3/3/ 2023
Enjoyed the bar area. Good drinks and conversation. Good service and happy people. Food looked good but didn’t taste. Would come back to visit.
We enjoyed our lunch at CooperSmith’s. The pretzel with cheese dip made for a great appetizer and I’d highly recommend. I also had the turkey burger which was so big I couldn’t quite finish it all. It was good though. They array of beers was spot on though we were charged the same price for a half pint as we were for a pint??? For sure a better than average pub and brew house.
My friend is a Connoisseur of fine ale and out of all of the places in the United States Cooper Smith is the favorite! We went to Fort Collins and spent two nights just to drink and eat here! Food was delicious and ale awesome! The white staff was attentive and friendly and we even had a waitress notice we returned the second night and left a note welcoming us back! Great all the way around!
They have the best artichoke cheese dip I have ever had! Many vegetables and fresh tasting bread bowl. We also love their brewed beers! So many good things to eat and drink.
Great full bar with a brewery. Loved the watermelon beer and if you want to be brave try a taste of Sigda's Inferno. Fish and chips were great also.

FC is the craft beer capitol of Colorado due to the water of the Poudre river--that's why the brewers come here. There are MANY brewpubs in FC with FAR better beer than this place. CS may have been here longer than the others, but their beer has been surpassed in quality by most of the newer brewers.
The food was excellent, highly recommend the green chili if they have it. Best I’ve ever eaten. The service from Cheiko was remarkable. Can’t wait to visit again.
There's 2 different side to this restaurant. Poolside & Pub. We were in the mood for a pizza, but the poolside wasn't open yet. We walked across to the pub. We were seated outside, which was great! The weather was mild & we people watched. Had a good view of the splash fountain. Service was courteous & swift. Our server was Aspynn according to my receipt & she was very good. Food was hot & delicious. We both had the special - steak sandwich with fries & a craft beer. I loved the fries, but there were way too many. If you're visiting Fort Collins, I recommend checking this out!
I used to love the food here. Generous portions, homemade quality. What happened? The generous large chunk fish with panko crust and home cut large wedge pub style fries now are replaced by extremely greasy battered small fish pieces and shoestring cooked frozen fries? Prices went up I understand due to economy. Our server had very little information about items on menu, mostly guessed at answers... said your Scrumpy's cider is NOT from Scrumpys in FC, rather you make it in house, coincidence that it has the same name though....????? We requested outdoor seating but were guided to indoor seating instead with no explanation. 2 hours after eating lunch, my GI symptoms of food poisoning begun. Not so fun. Used to be a favorite restaurant, no longer a winner in our book.
The family loved it. Good food, good drinks. Located in old Town Square with lots of things to looks at.
