For a restaurant that claims to be "crisp and green," the meal I received was neither crisp, nor was it green. The dressing was aight though.

I'm actually writing to express my disappointment that I was denied service 10 minutes before the location closed. They close at 9:00 p.m. I came at 8:50. The door was unlocked and they had already thrown away all the food. When I walked in it was like I was being gaslit for coming in 10 minutes before they closed. If they close at 8:50 p.m. then I think the door should say 850 and we wouldn't be able to walk in. However, I planned it so that I can get there right before they closed. I understand they were short-staffed and they probably wanted to get out of there. I don't know why they couldn't hold over a few items to sell to me with 10 minutes left before they closed. I really like this place for the food when I come in the daytime which is why I came here right before they closed. Can someone explain to me what I'm missing.

I recently visited your establishment for the first time and was unfortunately disappointed with the quality of the salad I received. I had anticipated a crisp and flavorful salad, but instead, I was served a soggy mess. The individual preparing my salad used the bottom of the container vegetables, including cucumbers and tomatoes, which had accumulated excess juices. Despite my request for a light dressing, it appeared that the employee either misunderstood or disregarded my preference. Consequently, I found the salad unappetizing and was unable to finish it. I had been looking forward to a refreshing and well-prepared salad, as advertised by your establishment's name, "CRISP & GREEN." I hope that this was an exceptional occurrence and that future visits will provide a more positive experience. Perhaps ensuring that containers are adequately stocked and excess juices are drained can help maintain the crispness and freshness of the vegetables.

This was my first time in and was excited to try yall out, I got the southwest wrap and it tasted great. Unfortunately, the gentleman working the counter and making our food was not very kind. He didn’t ask me anything about what I wanted, I had prompt him to do everything and when I asked for extra dressing he sighed and didn’t say anything before putting it in the mix. Additionally, when I picked up the wrap from the seat of my car the paper wasn’t even wrapped around the food and half of my wrapped slid out and went all over the seat of my car. Wish I could’ve enjoyed both half’s!

We always get underfilled bowls at this location. It used to feel worth the price and now feels like getting ripped off ?‍♂️

Go to the one across town. It's worth the drive as this location has been consistently bad.

Vegetarian options: Meat was mixed into the vegetarian dish.

Green Glow tastes like it has a lot of ice added, which is pretty disappointing for an $8 smoothie.

I tried this place for the first time and was very disappointed. I thought the prices seemed high but was willing to spend more for quality ingredients. Sadly, they were anything but high quality. The chicken was extremely dry and looked like it had been sitting out all day. Almost all of my strawberries were bad, and I had pieces of slimy rotten lettuce throughout my salad. The cucumbers were dried out and also appeared to have been sitting out all day. I ended up throwing away most of the salad, but wish I wouldn’t have attempted to eat any of it as I ended up getting sick! I attempted to contact them but haven’t heard back. Will not be going back.
