The young woman who was working today, Akiko, was a big help and so kind. She wrote on both of the birthday cakes I bought. On one she even drew a fire truck for me. Very nice to everyone who came in and can tell some were repeated customers who knew her. She's a bright light in this world...keep her DQ and I recommend giving her a raise!

Went to make my order and asked the cashier to scan my app to earn reward points, and was told the "register is too old to have a scanner." And that there would be no way for me to earn (or, I assume, redeem) reward points.What a crock. I've been to DQs there are way older than this one and they have scanners. Sounds to me like this franchisee is too cheap to offer rewards points. So I walked out, and don't plan to return.

Quick service, reasonable prices, and my blizzard was well made. Also enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with my family, eating the blizzard and enjoying the evening.

Great service and love the products especially the seasonal items like the S'mores Shake and the summer fruity slushies. I also love the dipped cone flavors both the regular chocolate and vanilla but the cherry and butterscotch are amazing! The ladies behind the counter are 9 out of 10 times, are friendly, engaging, smile a lot and are quick and accurate with orders, and the location is accessible and never super busy like other ice cream shops. I will continue to visit and enjoy this store and all it offers!

Refused my business on multiple occasions because they can’t break $100 bill I found this totally unacceptable just like the inconsistency in pricing I have been charged 4 different prices for Dilly Bars over the past 6 months they just shoot from the hip and lack any type of professionalism. I have yet to meet a GM or an owner an absolute joke!

Wish I could review your ice cream, however the 3 times I have attempted to get anything from this location I was unsuccessful. 1st time, the ice cream machine wasn't working. 2nd time they were out of blizzard toppings for 1/2 the menu, and this last time the register wasn't working.Thank you Glacier Ice Cream for being amazing!

My wife and I have been going here for a long time. But it is progressively getting worse and worse. It seems like new people there every time we go and they do not know how to make blizzards I don't know if they're not blending them enough or they just don't care but it seems like all the candy bar is at the bottom and very little of that I guess we will find somewhere else to treat ourselves

Showed up at 915 and the girl locked the door in my face. There was even 3 other customers that walked up right behind me and we were denied service. If the hours have changed then there should be some sort of notice or update on Google to reflect that.Wow. As I'm writing this right now, a group of 7 walked up and also had to turn away. Awful.

UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS ON GOOGLE! We went to the store and got there at 915 PM and your store was already closed even though your google hours show 10PM. Super frustrating.
