I just want to give a shout-out to the manager Samantha for giving us great customer service! There was an issue with our ice cream cake and she made sure to make it right for us and was so kind and understanding throughout the process. It’s rare these days to find staff willing to go above and beyond for customers so thank you Samantha and everyone else involved for getting us the cake we love!

Avoid this location. Think their freezer or ice cream machine is defective. All of the blizzards were melted and they could not do the upside down test without it pouring out.

Compared to other dairy queens this one sucked which was disappointing, to be honest. They were all nice, but the royal New York cheesecake blizzard I got wasn't good. I asked for extra cheesecake and got 2 tiny pieces and it couldn't even flip it was liquid just not great honestly. Sprinkles were the only reason I was able to finish it.

I picked up my online order literally 5 minutes after it was placed (I live very close) and arrived prior to the time given on the app. This is how my blizzard was when I picked it up. It tastes good, but it was more than half melted which is not at all up to Dairy Queen standards. And no they did not tip it upside when the gave it to me, which is obvious why. I had to place my treat back in the freezer to safe for tomorrow *sad*

Food is great, Service is always fast and polite. I've been going here for years! Update: If you're after an Orange Julius near closing time, you will be disappointed. They 'clean up' and won't serve you one even an hour and a half before closing. :-(
We ordered 2 large strawberry julius' and were charged accordingly, however we received mediums. I pointed out the mistake to the employee and she proceeded to tell me that was a large. I told her it was the cup used for large blizzards but medium drinks and julius. She told me that "things change all the time ". Really, they've changed that much in 3 days. I don't think so. She apologized, but wouldn't refund the difference in money. Couldn't figure out how to add a photo of the different cup sizes in this post, but added the photo in photos rather than reviews.
