Compared to other dairy queens this one sucked which was disappointing, to be honest. They were all nice, but the royal New York cheesecake blizzard I got wasn't good. I asked for extra cheesecake and got 2 tiny pieces and it couldn't even flip it was liquid just not great honestly. Sprinkles were the only reason I was able to finish it.

I picked up my online order literally 5 minutes after it was placed (I live very close) and arrived prior to the time given on the app. This is how my blizzard was when I picked it up. It tastes good, but it was more than half melted which is not at all up to Dairy Queen standards. And no they did not tip it upside when the gave it to me, which is obvious why. I had to place my treat back in the freezer to safe for tomorrow *sad*

Food is great, Service is always fast and polite. I've been going here for years! Update: If you're after an Orange Julius near closing time, you will be disappointed. They 'clean up' and won't serve you one even an hour and a half before closing. :-(

We ordered 2 large strawberry julius' and were charged accordingly, however we received mediums. I pointed out the mistake to the employee and she proceeded to tell me that was a large. I told her it was the cup used for large blizzards but medium drinks and julius. She told me that "things change all the time ". Really, they've changed that much in 3 days. I don't think so. She apologized, but wouldn't refund the difference in money. Couldn't figure out how to add a photo of the different cup sizes in this post, but added the photo in photos rather than reviews.

Ive been here probably 5-8 times. I order the same blizzard each and everytime the blizzard has toppings. The top ⅓ of it, the other ⅔ is loke 98% soft serve and no toppings. The kids that work there are terrible ar customer service. Oh and when i called the store to tell them about the lack of customer service and the poor experience. For god sake, the cashiers... all of them just say " here" anf hand you wadded up bills and coins. Canr evem count it back to you. 1-10 i give it a 0
