I just want to give a shout-out to the manager Samantha for giving us great customer service! There was an issue with our ice cream cake and she made sure to make it right for us and was so kind and understanding throughout the process. It’s rare these days to find staff willing to go above and beyond for customers so thank you Samantha and everyone else involved for getting us the cake we love!
I picked up my online order literally 5 minutes after it was placed (I live very close) and arrived prior to the time given on the app. This is how my blizzard was when I picked it up. It tastes good, but it was more than half melted which is not at all up to Dairy Queen standards. And no they did not tip it upside when the gave it to me, which is obvious why. I had to place my treat back in the freezer to safe for tomorrow *sad*
Food is great, Service is always fast and polite. I've been going here for years!
Update: If you're after an Orange Julius near closing time, you will be disappointed. They 'clean up' and won't serve you one even an hour and a half before closing. :-(
