Ding Tea Fort Collins

Just moved here and I was craving for a milk tea. I got their Brown sugar milk tea with black boba and sea cream. Love love love it! Not too sweet just the exact taste that I want for my milk tea.

place was completely empty and the boba tea sucked. The views were right of it being an temu boba place. My boyfriends tea tasted like soupy water and the staff seemed a little rude. Waste of 14$ if you ask me

Everything is good except the girl who works there, has always that rude/arrogant behaviour.

I came in with about 30 people, and there was only one girl working her name was Adia and she helped us all by herself and was so sweet the entire time in getting all our orders out on time while also doing online orders, she was also very apologetic the entire time because she was the only person on shift but she did a great job, got all the orders correct and timely. Very good experience !

I was really looking forward to enjoying my bubble tea, but the boba was a complete letdown. The pearls were all clumped together in a soggy, mushy mess — totally unappetizing. Instead of that perfect chewy texture, they were soft, sticky, and falling apart. Worst of all, they had almost no flavor. It was like chewing bland jelly.

I don’t know if they were overcooked, old, or just poorly made, but it completely ruined the drink for me. If this is how they normally serve their boba, I won’t be coming back. Definitely not worth the money

The staff is so rude and never has a good attitude. Manager didn't help when staff was being irresponsible.

We’ve come here for years and it’s just getting worse and worse. Today was the last straw. 50 minutes waiting for drinks and left with no drinks. They didn’t even want to give a refund, and were like, “whoops, Grub Hub is first” noooo the people standing in your 90 degree restaurant waiting for their order for nearly an hour come first. Total BS.

I’ve been coming here for years and really love their teas. But today, my daughter and I ordered and had to wait over 40 minutes and our drinks never came.They decided to prioritize a huge door dash order, leaving us waiting in an in an in-air conditioned shop with other irritated customers. It took another 10 minutes to get my money back. I left almost an hour later got, upset and without the boba tea I came for. Yall need to prioritize the people who are in person over door dash orders.
It’s gonna be a long time before the kids ask to come here again.

Place is severely understaffed. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and there was only one person working, but the store is full with over 20 people waiting for their drinks, and it's been 45 minutes now as I watched them complete 10 doordash orders in front of their customers. Never coming back

The drinks here are absolutely delicious! The pearls are always fresh, and the flavors are bold. The store is clean and stylish, and the customer service is excellent. The prices are very reasonable.
