Ding Tea Fort Collins

I came in with about 30 people, and there was only one girl working her name was Adia and she helped us all by herself and was so sweet the entire time in getting all our orders out on time while also doing online orders, she was also very apologetic the entire time because she was the only person on shift but she did a great job, got all the orders correct and timely. Very good experience !

I was really looking forward to enjoying my bubble tea, but the boba was a complete letdown. The pearls were all clumped together in a soggy, mushy mess — totally unappetizing. Instead of that perfect chewy texture, they were soft, sticky, and falling apart. Worst of all, they had almost no flavor. It was like chewing bland jelly.

I don’t know if they were overcooked, old, or just poorly made, but it completely ruined the drink for me. If this is how they normally serve their boba, I won’t be coming back. Definitely not worth the money

We’ve come here for years and it’s just getting worse and worse. Today was the last straw. 50 minutes waiting for drinks and left with no drinks. They didn’t even want to give a refund, and were like, “whoops, Grub Hub is first” noooo the people standing in your 90 degree restaurant waiting for their order for nearly an hour come first. Total BS.

I’ve been coming here for years and really love their teas. But today, my daughter and I ordered and had to wait over 40 minutes and our drinks never came.They decided to prioritize a huge door dash order, leaving us waiting in an in an in-air conditioned shop with other irritated customers. It took another 10 minutes to get my money back. I left almost an hour later got, upset and without the boba tea I came for. Yall need to prioritize the people who are in person over door dash orders.
It’s gonna be a long time before the kids ask to come here again.

Place is severely understaffed. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and there was only one person working, but the store is full with over 20 people waiting for their drinks, and it's been 45 minutes now as I watched them complete 10 doordash orders in front of their customers. Never coming back

The drinks here are absolutely delicious! The pearls are always fresh, and the flavors are bold. The store is clean and stylish, and the customer service is excellent. The prices are very reasonable.

Best tea store in Fort Collins. Macha Latte is our of this world! Ding Tea pick me up. Great family owners. Altruistic in their giving. They are worth the drive, or walk! My new ALL TIME favorite is now Ding Tea! The mushroom tea that has 5 adaptogens that aid immunity, and decrease inflammation and insulin resistance. Not to mention giving you a gently caffeine lift!

Super friendly team and the best teas in town. The jasmine tea is a dream, and the toppings are perfect.

It’s so cozy. Today I had a wonderful window seat to people watch while I enjoyed my vanilla Rooibos and tea cakes. If you love tea, you love Ding Tea. Give it a try!

They have every kind of tea you could possibly want plus a great selection of tea pots, cups tea storage and other wonderful tea stuff. Go for your loose leaf but plan on staying for a pot of something exotic along with a tea cake, cookie or specialty bread.
