Domenic's Bistro and Wine Bar

First time in tonight. They are moving in a week so the next time we are in town we will check it out.

Service: Host was very accommodating. She got us in and was open to a table swap that we decided not to do. Server was prompt, casual and proud of his restaurant. Made great suggestions and followed up.

Brian the owner came by and introduced himself and was happy to hear it was our first time in. Was excited for his new location after 21 years.

Food was great. Chicken Française was excellent. Sauce was lemony and butter was perfectly emulsified and thick.

Sausage Bolognese was to die for. Delicious pancetta and sausage caramelized on the pasta with wonderful meaty flavor. Slight basil and parm rounded out the dish.

The crew set us a first timer cheesecake. We were blown away mascarpone cheesecake over a sugar biscotti with toasted almonds a caramel sauce. Epic.

Don’t miss this gem, where the locals come, probably time and time again. Cheers to Domenic’s.

Domenic's is nothing short of amazing. We had the Halibut and Filet specials. Both were exquisite and cooked to perfection. The buerre blanc on the Halibut was bright and delicious and paired perfectly with the parmesan crust. The filet was perfectly tender and cooked to perfection, the truffle sauce on the potatoes was addicting down to the last bite. Nick and Dylan behind the bar expertly paired wine and cocktails to go with each dish. Domenic's deserves a Michelin star. Can't wait to go back.

We went for our 27th anniversary. The food was amazing. My husband had lasagna. I had the braciloe. They were both so very good. Great great server. It's a must go.

Every time my dad is in town we go here (and he’s picky). The service and food have been incredible every time. Great wine and liquor selection and a mean espresso martini! Also the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. It’s pretty unassuming in the middle of a strip mall but so worth your time.

Dined for a late dinner around 7pm on a Monday night, both the indoor and outdoor dining was completely full (a great sign). Had an excellent menu. Everything we ordered was a proper portion and absolutely superb! Environment is a little loud and crowded so not the best place for an intimate meal but worth the delicious food! Would highly recommend!

If I could go back today, I would. Our server was excellent and offered excellent, thoughtful suggestions. The food was a delight. And, the bartender knows how to make a Manhattan. The halibut special was delicious, the shrimp and grits rich and tasty and the scallop appetizer mouth watering. We'll be back!

Food items can be average tasting for the cost. Service can vary but overall good.

The quality of the food was disappointing. Witnessing the cook scratching himself and servers neglecting to wash their hands after eating was disgustingly unsanitary. This experience has left a lasting impression, and I will not be returning.

Not a great experience. We had to send back two dishes for being undercooked and/or bad tasting and not one word from the manager. The server said she would have the manager come to our table but he never did. As we left, we heard another table sending one of their dishes back too. I would not return to this restaurant.

This place was amazing!! Food was delicious. We came here for dinner and I had the Crispy Pork Belly, which was braised pork belly, brussels sprouts, maple, chèvre, and balsalmic. I loved this dish it had an amazing combination of flavors and textures from the crispy pork to the smooth chèvre. We also had the cheesecake which was also amazing very fluffy and creamy tasted like they just made fresh. I did not get a picture of that because we ate it too quickly. Definitely coming back here again!!

Best Italian restaurant in Fort Collins, bar none! Not much for atmosphere and the bread is weak, but the main dishes are excellent!
