Domino's Pizza

Every time we've ordered from this Domino's location, we've gotten fast, friendly service. They also have a tendency, at least in my experience, to "hook it up" when it comes to extra sauces, toppings, and other misc. items. The only reason I gave the Atmosphere 4 stars instead of 5 is because the parking kinda sucks, especially if you drive a truck or other large vehicle. I realize it's not really Dominos' fault, but I wanted to give a head's up to other driver's of large vehicles to be picky about where you park because backing up out of there can be kind of a beeeeotch... if you know what I mean?! 😤 I usually end up parking at the gas station and walking over just to be on the safe side because I can't see very well, even with my mirrors, when I'm backing up as it is. Otherwise, this is a pretty great Domino's that I'd definitely recommend! 😀

Parking: Like I already mentioned, the parking kinda sucks if you drive a larger vehicle because there's not much space to back out of there when there are cars parked right behind you! You just gotta really be careful, vigilant, and you'll be fine. My suggestions: have someone get out and direct you, or park at the gas station nearby.

I’ve always loved dominos and order from here often. However today, this location left a sore taste in my mouth. Let’s start with the positive - my delivery driver was a top notch guy - super friendly and helpful and had no problem getting my over to me (other than the lack of a unit number which I HAD ALREADY PRODUCED for the employee who took my order over the phone. The store proceeds to call me 4 times to clarify the order and adress, though I had produced that info during our first initial call. A good chunk of my time was wasted going back and forth with this guy who couldn’t seem to grasp what I was trying to accomplish. Anyway, food was great just thought I should have AT LEAST received a small discount on my order. I am paying y’all for convience, but this experience was anything but. I also called the store to speak with a manager and they were also unwilling to comp or do anything to make up for my inconvenience. A shame because dominos was my favorite pizza until now

They get 5 stars because I like a total idiot ran right into the sign right next to the door and dropped my pizza all over the ground. After saying some not nice things, I walked back inside and asked to pay for another. The staff was super awesome and helpful. They ended up hooking me up with another expedited pie. If I could, I'd give them 6/5 for the stunning customer service.

Overnight stop in Ft.Collins, 10-26-24, and called the East Lamay store for hotel delivery. The women on the phone, first an employee, then the manager, could not get our credit card info correct. They kept tellin my husband the card was not working. When asked to read the card info back, they had the numbers wrong, kept making mistakes on expiration date and kept getting our room number wrong!! The manager sounded very curt when husband asked to speak to her. She was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to her. She ended the call without saying goodbye and just hung up. No apology for the mixup on their end. Very disappointed with their customer service.

I order online carryout and they always have food ready when I get there (about a 10 min drive) even after immediately leaving after placing the order.

Always great pizza and made on time. Nice people.

Dietary restrictions: I can remove or limit the cheese on the pizza and it's made as I ordered.

Kid-friendliness: I bring my kid to help carry the sauces and the workers make him feel important.

My complaint is is that when you call these Domino's Pizza places they're all now computer-generated voices I'm pretty sure that's what I got. I'm in over the road truck driver I like to order pizza fresh pizza from Domino's. But apparently I guess that's just virtually impossible to get a live person on the phone so you can give them special instructions to where they need to deliver the pizza now you give it to a computer bizarre or a computer-generated voice. That's my complaint. Love Domino's can't stand the computer generated voice. And they don't even give you an option in which to push on your dial pad to speak to a live operator. Montana Domino's does as far as I know still Idaho does Wyoming does and Utah does. But Colorado come on I guess I'll have to call somebody else and get a live operator instead of a national chain sorry Domino's I guess you're going to lose that business from me at least in that state

Driver of a black Pontiac Grand Am, license BCYZ06 cut us off with no blinker, just to slam on his brakes for the red light we were all arriving at. Almost caused an accident. Fairly certain he came from this store given that we were right by it and he had a Dominos topper.
