The staff at this particular Domino's location are truly wonderful. Every time I visit, I am greeted with a warm smile and exceptional kindness. They are always efficient and helpful, making the ordering process a pleasure. It's refreshing to encounter such genuinely nice people dedicated to providing great service. I highly recommend this establishment based on the consistently positive interactions I've had with their team.

“I really need to point this out, because the difference is huge depending on who’s working. When certain team members are on, the pizza is incredible — loaded with toppings, made with care, and honestly some of the best Domino’s I’ve had. But when other shifts are working, the pizzas come out totally different: missing ingredients, uneven, and honestly barely edible. This isn’t just a one-time thing — it’s been a clear pattern for over a year now.
It’s so disappointing to go from one week having amazing pizza to the next week being let down. The gap in quality is too big to ignore. Domino’s should figure out what that first group of employees is doing so consistently well, and make sure every shift holds that same standard. Because when it’s good, it’s really good — but when it’s not, it’s really not.”

Ordered from this Dominos that is 2 mins from my house (0.4 mi). Did not leave a tip on top of the $6 delivery fee. Specified to leave at door on the app and in the comments. Driver rang door bell and banged on door until I answered so that I could sign the receipt and leave a tip. Left a $3 tip after feeling forced but will not be coming back. If one pizza is going to come out to $25, I am going to order from a better pizza place from now on.

Decent pizza for the price when using coupons. Shops can vary depending on the crew. Dominos could stand to improve the recipe for the hand tossed crust. My family patronised Dominoes when there were just two shops in Michigan.

Might've been the worst domino's experience ever. Pizza was so overcooked, the cheese was just a dried up crust (like eating a parmesan cracker)
I was in the physical store when I made the order (and was waiting inside the store), but they didn't even bother to call out my name when my order was ready. It was just sitting in the pizza storage cabinet thing, and I had to actually follow up with one of the workers to find out my order was ready (god knows how long I would've had to sit there if I didn't bother to say something).
Never going back here again. Totally ruined any and all future domino's patronage.
I even tipped them too. See, this is the one thing I simply cannot understand about restaurants that make you tip BEFORE getting your meal. If you have to tip them before you even get served, it is no longer a tip but a BRIBE.

I've switched from Blackjack to Dominos due to better quality ingredients and faster service. Unfortunately the last few times I've order from the Elizabeth location the quality of the pizza has been poor and the drivers have not been rude and unprofessional(did not even say hello). Upon receiving my order the pizzas were piled together in the boxes like they were thrown around causing the cheese and toppings to stick to fall off and stick to the boxes. Do not recommend this location. I'm glad to say the Lemay location exceeds my expectations every time amd the staff is always friendly and professional.

My pizza was horrible. Good thing I ordered extra sausage or there wouldn’t have been ANY sausage . Paid for extra and didn’t get it. Actually everything was skimpy. Will not order from you again🤬

We had ordered some pizza here to have it delivered an hour and a half ago. Our food had never arrived, called the store asking about it said they called but never received a call or voicemail. Another 40 minutes went by and still nothing, so after calling the store again, they said that they had it delivered but delivered it to the WRONG HOUSE they put down the wrong house number. We requested a refunded but they ended up hanging up on me.
Ordered again and they canceled my order cause they said ther confused
