The BEST fried rice I've eaten in decades - literally! PLEASE don't change how you prepare your fried rice. Restaurants don't make it like they used to and that's straight up disappointing. Do you remember how fried rice used to taste? Well, that's how this tastes. Restaurants nowadays are cutting corners and using low-budget, low flavor oils (corn, vegetable, etc), but this is made with ...what is it... sesame oil?? I don't even know except that...
