I'm from Washington State, we used to have Dunkin but they closed down a few years ago. Since then I go to Dunkin whenever I visit a state that has one. I'm a huge fan of their plain drip coffee, but they also have fantastic mixed drinks. This is a good location too, nice and clean, fast service, and affordable.

I went in and ordered at the kiosk self ordering station for a simple order of 10 assorted donut holes. When the order was put out with our name no one told us it was okay to grab it. We left thinking we had an accurate order but when we looked in the bag there was only 8 glazed donut holes. We went back and asked for the rest and why they weren’t assorted and the girl told us there were only glazed when there was a whole tray of chocolate donut holes in our view. One of the girl workers gave really dirty looks it was not a friendly customer service environment. Very unprofessional and I’m very disappointed and will not be going back to dunking donuts again as every time I go there’s either a rude worker or your order is never right.

The manager Katie and the other team lead very unprofessional. When they messed up my order they did not try to make it right all the states was I need to order with the correct name of the drink and specify what you want. All I asked for was a Carmel crazed iced coffee with extra Carmel swirl. Idk how many Carmel crazed iced coffees they have but idk how specific I have to be. Especially if I'm ordering one of there drinks by name.. will not be going there nor will my other businesses. I see by the reviews I'm not the only one that dealt with the unprofessiol service

The service has become extremely crappy. They’re very pushy for you to order something and you can’t even look at the menu and then they take forever to get you your food and so on. Their iced coffee is really strong. I’ll probably only be able to take one or 1 or 2 slips before I have to throw it away. They didn’t ask me if I wanted sweet cream or milk or what and then they put my items in a paper bag. Instead of a box like everybody else got. I can see why their rate is so low

The cashier rainee was completely rude and unprofessional upon arrival. She didn't even welcome us to the store and instead started to berate me for showing her a Dunkin Donuts QR code on my phone. If someone like her is that rude and unprofessional to customers. She should just go and find a new job somewhere else. No need to treat paying customers like that. Because of this. I give this place an honest review of their customer service.

Problem there is going be a lawsuit .I burn the roof of my mouth and my tongue.Actually the temperature was 200 F work in healthcare bought cup of coffee to the kitchen it was hitting 200 temperature on liquid .Iif a child drunk it or someone drop on their lap it was 2 and third degree burns 💯.I think they had no time to make the coffee at 6 30 so they microwave the coffee it taste dark and heavy like it was made last night coffee when cool down in two hours.

Dunkin Donuts product quality is at an all time low. Dunkin has increased product pricing at the same time while lowering its production cost and value. Quality assurance & consumer expectations are no longer a concern to the company but more of a speed bump between a corporation & your wallet.

New store is beautifully renovated! Staff is friendly and welcoming! You can’t beat the $6 dollar meal! Medium hot or iced coffee, hashbrowns and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich!
