I was contacted to work for this establishment Dunkin' Donuts Fort Collins Colorado once work was completed payment was not received and owners claim they will not pay and it has been since December of 2023 last year still no payment as a small business this hurts a lotless than $1000

Showed up late approximately 30 min before close. I understand there should be limited availability of products but they did not even have a single glaze doughnut. Worse yet was there was disgusting gangster rap playing loudly over the store speakers, and this is considered a big "no no" fast food industry wide. I literally left feeling very angry due to such a hostile environment. I have been to this location before and regardless of the time, their product availability is always poor. This ti.e it was dramatically worse and the inside environment horrid. I will not ever revisit this location.

Took the fam to get a celebratory sweet treat on March 27 at 7:30. We saw 2 employees inside when we pulled into the parking but the doors were locked and the 2 employees were no longer in sight. How disappointing…

The donuts were hard as rocks. I'm shocked that they charged me so much for items that clearly should have been thrown away. The woman that waited on me was pleasant and friendly, but it doesn't make up for the terrible products. Too bad their donuts aren't as good as their marketing team. Lesson learned and back to Lamar's for me
If I could give zero stars I would.I ordered on 2/5 on the app. When I got to the drive thru to pick up my order they were out of everything, and their blender was broken so I couldn’t get my drink. I asked for a refund they obliged, took my card and I was on my way.I looked at my card charges and they charged me again instead of refunding me. So I am now out 40 bucks for zero items received.I have reached out twice to no avail and even sent a dm on Instagram which I know will never be replied to.I just want the darn refund. Maybe Ben Afleck can give me one…

My favorite is the vanilla cream donut. On 2/1/2024, I walked in & ordered 2 vanilla creams. Between the 2 donuts, there was barely 1 tsp of vanilla cream in the 2 donuts! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!As I've stopped by this Dunkin' periodically for several years ordering my favorite, noticing that the filling has been small to meager, this was ABSOLUTELY the worst!
