Need to work on the lemon icing a bit more (not much lemon flavor) otherwise quite excellent. PB and chocolate iced cookies are worth the trip alone.

Got a Cookie Cake from here for my birthday, but was sadly disappointed from the first bite. I'm not sure if they make their own frosting or what, but it had such an offensive odor, and tasted exactly as it smelled - like gnarly chemicals. Couldn't taste any of the cookie cake because of it, and I physically couldn't swallow it. Perhaps too much food coloring or something? They also covered the cake with giant sugar crystals, which I really dislike, because it feels like I'm just chewing on sand. The girls who work there are very nice and friendly - but the cookie cake was a colossal disappointment from being inedible.My suggestion would be to use a better frosting recipe or product, because whatever you guys used on my cake was horribly awful. And while the coarse sugar is a preference thing, it would be nice to let your customers know you do that - then they can request it not be used if they don't want it.
Every year we get my son's birthday cake here (cookie cake) and they do an amazing job decorating. My son has had some very crazy decorating ideas too, but they just make it happen. Every time!!

Best cookies in FoCo! I've gotten cookies here several times and they're always delicious and a super good deal. IMO the cookies here are so much better than somewhere like Crumbl and for a much better price.Their cookie cake is also fantastic, well decorated, and the turnaround time is surprisingly fast. 100% would recommend!

We bought a package of chocolate chip cookie dough from the local youth sports team in Loveland and the dough was incredibly bland. We followed the instructions on the package and the cookies came out moist yet also dry. The use of margarine instead of butter is a likely culprit for the lack of flavor. We don’t know if this is the same product that is sold in stores or not, but we’d be happy to give them another shot in person.

The cookies are usually pretty good, although sometimes quite dry. The last time I was there, the guy had on gloves, took my cash, gave me my change, and then went right back to frosting cookies with the same gloves on. That grossed me out as we all know how dirty money is. Don't know if I'll go back after that experience.
