They forgot the cheddar on my turkey & cheddar sandwich. And the sign on the door was turned to closed even though they didn't close for another 50 minutes?

Einstein Bros is usually one of my favorite bagel places. However, on this particular day the service staff seemed to be acting a bit weird. Everyone inside seemed confused when me and my father were ordering our breakfast, and the woman who gave us the order when ready didn’t smile or anything. She also looked confused when I grabbed my mocha from her. The mocha wasn’t blended at all which kind of defeats the purpose, personally I don’t want a bunch of chocolate syrup at the bottom of milky coffee. I got the bacon cheddar with one egg on a sesame bagel, it was good but something in it was REALLY salty. I believe they were just having an off-day but it wasn’t the best experience.

I come to Einsteins quite often, so i know they close at 2 pm. today i went into the harmony location and the store was closed at 1:20 and i witnessed the worker telling someone else that they were closed, even though the door was unlocked. normally i wouldn’t be upset about this kind of thing but was really craving bagels today and made sure to show up before 2pm.

Just finished my take out Chorizo Sunrise egg sandwich, that had no chorizo on it. That’s unfortunate, but at least it was my birthday freebie.

This place has quickly become my go-to spot for a breakfast. The bagels are always warm, perfectly toasted, and packed with flavor. My usual is the Santa Fe egg white sandwich or the Nova Lox. Whatever I order, the quality is consistently top-notch.

The staff is incredibly friendly, efficient, and always greets you with a smile, even during the morning rush. I once had an employee help me navigate the app for my order, despite how busy it was during that day. It's a great place to stop in on the way to work.

This specific Einstein location is the most dependable and consistent one I’ve ever frequented, my order is always ready on time or early, and I never feel skimped on anything.

I think the way my English friends would say it is that this Einstein Bagels location "can't be assed" meaning that they can't be bothered.

I ordered 3 cheese bagels and 2 blueberry bagels, with two tubs of cream cheese. The young lady pointed out that I could save money by ordering 6 bagels - ok, great, give me another cheese bagel. That was nice that she asked, thanks for that. However, the 'splaining about the difference in cost for premium bagels felt like I was in a Starbucks, not using the right words to order a 12oz regular coffee.

I was the only customer in the store. I know there were at least 3 employees in the store working, but after taking my money, she busied herself with other things, rather than filling my order.

Another customer came in, she took care of them. How hard is it to put 6 bagels in a bag and hand it to me? Apparently really hard. I got a Spinach Florentine bagel instead of another cheese. BTW, Spinach Florentine bagel looks nothing like the picture that they show on the menu, but more importantly, how hard is it to pick out 4 cheese bagels? The lump of wilted spinach on top of the bagel would be a dead give-away that it wasn't a cheese bagel. Won't be back.

Hire people that care about the customer's time. Hire people that can fill a simple order. Waiting extra minutes for bad service is irritating.

I did reach out, got a reply from BagelBrands.com which is a Panera Company - I didn't know that Einstein Bros was owned by Panera.
"We have passed your note along to the regional manager to address this issue with this team. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!"
