This specific Einstein location is the most dependable and consistent one I’ve ever frequented, my order is always ready on time or early, and I never feel skimped on anything.

I think the way my English friends would say it is that this Einstein Bagels location "can't be assed" meaning that they can't be bothered.

I ordered 3 cheese bagels and 2 blueberry bagels, with two tubs of cream cheese. The young lady pointed out that I could save money by ordering 6 bagels - ok, great, give me another cheese bagel. That was nice that she asked, thanks for that. However, the 'splaining about the difference in cost for premium bagels felt like I was in a Starbucks, not using the right words to order a 12oz regular coffee.

I was the only customer in the store. I know there were at least 3 employees in the store working, but after taking my money, she busied herself with other things, rather than filling my order.

Another customer came in, she took care of them. How hard is it to put 6 bagels in a bag and hand it to me? Apparently really hard. I got a Spinach Florentine bagel instead of another cheese. BTW, Spinach Florentine bagel looks nothing like the picture that they show on the menu, but more importantly, how hard is it to pick out 4 cheese bagels? The lump of wilted spinach on top of the bagel would be a dead give-away that it wasn't a cheese bagel. Won't be back.

Hire people that care about the customer's time. Hire people that can fill a simple order. Waiting extra minutes for bad service is irritating.

I did reach out, got a reply from BagelBrands.com which is a Panera Company - I didn't know that Einstein Bros was owned by Panera.

First off, Donut Haus in Loveland is way better than all breakfast. Now a review.
Went in and was kind of unsure about a what to get for some people at work. I asked about the gourmet stuff and instantly was told that was a catering order, that’s fine and understandable. I was willing to adapt my order to whatever, but instead, I just kept getting talked over and repeated at three times that it’s catering and they can’t do the order. Cool, shut up for a sec so I can change it to something you can do. The staff could have listened and taken an order instead of being defensive about what is catering, and given me a chance to even speak to get regular bagels. Rude for no reason and impatient and I was the only person in the line/waiting area after everyone had already been served and left the building. Had someone else go in and get regular bagels but I’m not coming back to place where I can’t even place an order without be haggled about your processes when I’m adaptable and would have just gotten regular bagels.

This location is hit or miss unfortunately. Our recent experience, I took my to little boys in to grab some breakfast to go. There was no one else in there and we were the only orders. It took forever while the three ladies were chatting. They cut the bagels extremely un-even and two of the bagels had very little cream cheese. The other two sandwiches we received had no cream cheese at all which made the sandwiches very dry.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Food was great!

Great bagels, as usual. Service was not so great. Two employees, and a large group of people walking in a few minutes after we had ordered. 1 employee took orders at the register, 1 employee made the bagels. The bagels kept lining up, but neither employee would get the orders out. We waited for about 15 minutes, and I could not stand it any longer. Instead of being a rude Karen, though, I went outside to continue waiting and trying to calm down (what can I say? I'm a manager). 10 minutes later, my husband came out to ask which iced coffee I had ordered, because they forgot about it. 5 minutes after that, my husband came outside with the full, correct order. What a bad experience! I will try again though!

This location, unfortunately, is not good. The ladies working here on Sundays seem very overwhelmed. They make a lot of mistakes on orders and take forever to get an order fulfilled. I waited 27 minutes for a bagel sandwich. They get on each other for not saving receipts in front of customers. The place is hot and messy. Flies everywhere and just completely chaotic with everybody waiting by the wall for their orders. Will never go here again.
