Einstein Bros is usually one of my favorite bagel places. However, on this particular day the service staff seemed to be acting a bit weird. Everyone inside seemed confused when me and my father were ordering our breakfast, and the woman who gave us the order when ready didn’t smile or anything. She also looked confused when I grabbed my mocha from her. The mocha wasn’t blended at all which kind of defeats the purpose, personally I don’t want a bunch of chocolate syrup at...

I come to Einsteins quite often, so i know they close at 2 pm. today i went into the harmony location and the store was closed at 1:20 and i witnessed the worker telling someone else that they were closed, even though the door was unlocked. normally i wouldn’t be upset about this kind of thing but was really craving bagels today and made sure to show up before 2pm.

This place has quickly become my go-to spot for a breakfast. The bagels are always warm, perfectly toasted, and packed with flavor. My usual is the Santa Fe egg white sandwich or the Nova Lox. Whatever I order, the quality is consistently top-notch.

The staff is incredibly friendly, efficient, and always greets you with a smile, even during the morning rush. I once had an employee help me navigate the app for my order, despite how busy it was during that day....
