Elevated Sandwiches is a cozy and welcoming spot in Fort Collins that’s perfect for a relaxed meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff, especially our waitress, was incredibly kind and friendly, which made the experience even better.

We ordered the cheese steak sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and very satisfying. I also tried the beet salad, which was fresh and tasty with a great balance of flavors. However, I do regret adding the chicken breast to it, the texture and flavor were off, and it oddly tasted more like beef than chicken.

Overall, this place is a great choice for sandwiches and casual dining. I’d definitely return, just without the chicken next time!

Stopped in for lunch on the way home from a road trip and what a great spot! Top tier sandwich and pasta I got as my side. The cashier was very energetic and made the experience that much more enjoyable! Please open a location in the Springs for us!

I almost never post reviews for places but I went here for the first time today and the lady cashier, who I assume is the owner, was incredibly rude. From how I remember our interaction, I did nothing to deserve that type of service. She happily greeted the customers that walked in after me and treated them with respect. I’m honestly curious if I did something to upset her.

I never plan on returning after this visit and I regret giving this place my money at all. The food and atmosphere was nothing to write home about either but I could be biased of course.

Really cute sandwich shop. Mom and I are gluten free and their bread was delicious. Very friendly service and the food tasted great.

I love sandwiches. Sandwiches are so good. I love a good sandwich. In the car on the way home with the anticipated best sandwiches in Fort Collins, we tried the truffle chips. They were okay. I ate them all because I was hungry. I think they forgot the truffle and any seasoning. This could totally be personal preference, though.

We got the Cubano and the Chicago beef with added cheese. The beef was dry and bland. I can't imagine it without the added cheese for extra $. I took a bite and immediately felt the need to start an argument with my boyfriend, who also just wanted a good sandwich. We hoped the Cubano would redeem this sandwich experience. It was okay. We both took a bite and I thought about smoking cigarettes again.

I have to say that I really loved the bread. This is the kind of sandwich that if I made it at home, I'd be satisfied. The issue is that I paid $30ish for everything and was truly excited.

Once again Elevated did not let us down! Brought friends that have not been there and the cheesesteaks were awesome. The service is excellent and friendly. I converted 2 more Fort Collins residents. I’m from the Philly area, die hard Eagles fan and the cheesesteak was the only thing that got me out of my depression after the Tampa Bay game! GO BIRDS!

I'm visiting from out of town and decided to try Elevated Sandwiches due to all of the great reviews, and I was not disappointed! I had the Cuban with their chips, and I will definitely be back tomorrow before I leave! Thanks!
