Elliot's bar has a distinct vibe that I found pretty enjoyable. The space is ample, and I particularly appreciated the projector on the back wall, which showed KiKis Delivery, adding to the atmosphere. When I arrived before my friend, I did feel a bit out of place as I wasn't greeted or directed to a seat. The bartender seemed to be managing fine, so it would have been nice to receive a welcome, particularly since other patrons were acknowledged. This made me consider moving outside, as I felt a bit like an inconvenience.
Fortunately, my friend arrived shortly after, which helped lift the mood. He mentioned that he often visits Elliot's and enjoys it, so I felt reassured by his recommendation, given our shared taste.
When the bartender eventually came over, she was friendly and attentive, informing us that we could choose any table since it wasn’t busy. The drinks we ordered were impressive, boasting great flavor and strength. I requested that my second drink be made sweeter, and the bartender accommodated that perfectly!
Overall, I had a positive experience at Elliot's bar and would definitely consider returning in the future. A little more initial warmth from the staff could further enhance the atmosphere.

I have to give 3 stars specifically for the bartender named Christine. During my visit, she was yelling and absolutely berating one of her fellow employees. It was completely unprofessional and made for, not only a hostile work environment, but a hostile place to be as a customer. That kind of treatment was uncalled for and, frankly, embarrassing.

Creative dessert martinis that are absolutely delicious. My absolute favorite is the key lime pie! Been here numerous times and the staff are pretty chill and nice. Would love to be back again someday.
We came up visiting for an Illenium show at red rocks, but decided to venture up north with friends to try this place out. The atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming. The staff was prompt and accommodating, and the drinks were all amazing! If you’re looking for good martinis with a cute area to match give this place a try!

I’ve been multiple times and had similar experiences before, but the most recent time was the end all. We got seated on a Tuesday night, announcing to the waitress our friend’s birthday. She sat us and then we waited with water for 45 minutes while watching her take shots behind the bar. When we decided to leave, the bartenders yelled at us passive aggressively. The drinks are good, but the service is so bad it’s not worth it.

Horrible customer service. The bartender and her friend sitting at the bar will yell at you for walking up to the bar and asking for a drink. But no one comes to your table and takes your order. They did not just do this to me but too many customers that I observed. The bartender should be fired.
