“Great food! I'm glad they opened a Colombian restaurant in Fort Collins. The food is flavorful and, for the most part, consistent. I will say that during my last visit, the rice was watery, and the beans lacked the flavor that I was used to. However, I will take that as a fluke. My go-to order has been the bandeja paisa, and I always make sure to grab some extra aji for an extra punch. I highly recommend this spot.“
