Tried ordering delivery-2 hours later find out they use 3rd party door dash- dash drivers wouldnt take the order because this place took their 20% tip that I originally left for the delivery person. So the restaurants steals the drivers tips and then refuses to cancel and refund my order when lts been 2 hours and no delivery.! Id cancel myself if I placed the order through door dash but I didn't order through door dash-

Genuinely the worst food I’ve ever had in my live. I would consider it nearly inedible I ate one piece of the generals chicken and spit it out from the flavor to the texture to the smell all around terrible. Even the cream cheese wontons were chewy and soggy. Take your money literally anywhere else. I would have called and asked for a refund but there no chance the customer service would never have even considered doing so based on my experience picking up the food when they couldn’t look up from their phone so I could pay. I have never left a review for any restaurant ever before but the idea that this might detour somebody from what could aptly be described as the worst food experience I have ever had just felt right.

Truly a wonderful restaurant. I give 5 stars for the service of this business. They are always open, open late, always good. They the their own app and are on any other app. I just wish I could meet the owners and tell them personally how good their business is. As for taste and quality, 4 out of 5. The pricing is fair and the food always delicious.

Downloaded this app specifically to warn you all of this place. Just went there and ordered the lo mein and sweet/sour chicken. FIRST off, the smell when you walk in was too much; simply set the appetite off instantly. Bring the food home and the ss sauce tastes like ketchup and strawberry jam. The lo mein couldn't take more than a bite was so gross. Everything I assume is frozen and fried to order but just wasn't my type. Spent a lot for two bites. Not going back

It was not kept hot upon delivery, as well as there being no vegetables in the lo mein which is why I ordered the extra lo mein. The main dish was not tasteful even upon seasoning with the soy sauce due to it being cold, also do you not provide the spicy mustard or fortune cookies, complimentary egg roll, wonton etc.,.? I was very disappointed in the meal and would like to request a new order or refund if Good evening, I would also like to let you know I just spoke to the establishment and was told that if I wanted a replacement meal that I would have to come in and get it. I just came home from being in the hospital and do not have transportation which is the sole reason I ordered online. I feel that was a very rude and unprofessional comment for an establishment to make. I do not want to; but will move forward with having this incident published publicly due their negative response.I was so looking forward to a good meal due to the advertisement and was truly disappointed and saddened by the obvious attempt to scale back on the meal for the sake of financial gain.V/rMichelle Mack. This order was not very good for business which does get acknowledged by word of mouth!

Whatever you do, don’t get the spring rolls. Worst excuse for spring rolls. Only get classic Chinese food like lo mein here. It’s honestly equal to or a step below mall Chinese food.Door dash rated this 4.3 but I wish I had checked the google reviews before ordering.
