Ever Open Cafe has been a fixture of North College Ave in Fort Collins for as long as I can remember. I've eaten there on and off for more than four decades. That said, the food is just barely adequate. I had the green chili omelette with pancakes. The omelette had no contents and the green chili was flavorless. The hash browns were good and the pancakes were borderline dry. It's been a few years since I've eaten there, but I remember it being quite a bit better. The restaurant is clean and the service was prompt and personable. Prices were reasonable if the food had been average, but sadly, I found it to be less than that. Maybe they were just having a bad day?

Wasnt given my steak Called back a day later u bothered but was told to call back again Then I was told to come in by a nice woman bewildered by what has happened and said co.e on In We will make it right. ✅ Today I go in and the customers were commenting .and rude And then the waitress was snooty 😉 Idk why I left And won't come back again If they offered me a month position Pfffft

This place was delicious and I've been looking for a family run diner since I moved here and don't know how I missed this. The food was amazing the staff was amazing I will be back over and over again.

He ordered the Chicken Fried Steak Skillet, loaded with hashbrowns with cheese, white country gravy, chicken fried steak, with eggs on top. He was very satisfied and said it was the perfect portion, cooked perfect 👌 I ordered the mini breakfast with French toast, eggs OM, and sausage links, and let me tell you, it was literally the perfect breakfast! Simple, yet delicious, leaving you more than satisfied with your decision! Great job to the server, Alicia. She ran at least 8 tables, caring for all of us equally, and didn't skip a beat. The kitchen staff worked just as quickly, turning out hot, delicious diner food for it's patrons. Psst, they also have Johnson Conrners Cinnamon rolls in house! Next time, I was to full this trip!
