Ever Open Cafe has been a fixture of North College Ave in Fort Collins for as long as I can remember. I've eaten there on and off for more than four decades. That said, the food is just barely adequate. I had the green chili omelette with pancakes. The omelette had no contents and the green chili was flavorless. The hash browns were good and the pancakes were borderline dry. It's been a few years since I've eaten there, but I remember it being quite a bit better....
We have been coming here for years. I have never had any issues. The staff has always been nice the price is good. The food is made with care and to order. Not like at other places I have been to. We will come here for many more years to come. Thank you
If your looking for a delicious mom and pop cafe/diner you found it. If your looking for a fancy dinning experience please move along. This place was delicious and I've been looking for a family run diner since I moved here and don't know how I missed this. The food was amazing the staff was amazing I will be back over and over again.
