I really liked everything about the Ever Open Cafe. I ordered the Longhorn which is an open faced double burger smothered in red chili and shredded cheddar cheese. I had mine with grilled onions with no lettuce or tomato and a side of onion rings. I also had a strawberry milkshake. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. I love this place! There are so many yuppie restaurants in Fort Collins, Ever Open Cafe is a nice, throwback, greasy spoon diner alternative to them. No gimmicks, no virtue signaling, no out of touch nonsense. Just a good place to get affordably priced American food in a laid back, comfortable atmosphere.
