I really liked everything about the Ever Open Cafe. I ordered the Longhorn which is an open faced double burger smothered in red chili and shredded cheddar cheese. I had mine with grilled onions with no lettuce or tomato and a side of onion rings. I also had a strawberry milkshake. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. I also ordered a Denver omelette and liver and onions to go (I really don’t like cooking so I have breakfast and dinner for tomorrow). The cafe was...
I love this place! There are so many yuppie restaurants in Fort Collins, Ever Open Cafe is a nice, throwback, greasy spoon diner alternative to them. No gimmicks, no virtue signaling, no out of touch nonsense. Just a good place to get affordably priced American food in a laid back, comfortable atmosphere.
This was a fun little place to visit, has a long history in Fort Collins. Food portions were generous, they also had gluten-free options which was nice, I had a gluten-free french toast staff was kind and took the time to visit us. My friend, picked this location for her Birthday breakfast because, she absolutely loves the biscuits and gravy
