Explorado Market - Gluten Free Bakery, Coffee, Café

I am celiac, so it is hard to eat out. I tried this place today and it's amazing! I went with a couple friends (who don't have gluten issues) and they loved everything and all of us brought goodies home too! The staff was super friendly and I would highly suggest this place!

FOCACCIA. Get the gluten-free kalamata focaccia. Being gluten-intolerant, I never thought such a bread would be possible to enjoy. Don't bother with the sweet treats here... they aren't very good, to be brutally honest. Just go for a drink and focaccia. I will be back for that.

I am not gluten free but have family members that are and I can honestly say that the baked goods here are some of the best in town! They are always soft, moist, and delicious! Highly recommend if you have gluten sensitivity or just love great baked goods!

I love this place!! Gluten free quiche and focaccia bread are almost impossible to find anywhere and both are amazing here. I always recommend this place to my celiac friends because it is so hard to find safe places to eat and I love that you don’t have to have a bunch of questions/modifications to eat here! Food is 10/10!!

Fantastic gluten free food and great drinks.

I love this place! All gluten free. Every single thing. Their focaccia is amazing. I had a lemon donut too. So delicious.

One of my favorite spots in town.

I brought my gluten free kiddo here over the weekend. She RAVED and raved about how delicious everything was ! She’s never had such freedom to pick ANYTHING she wanted in one place. ? We got her three different things and she asked to come back every day. ??? beautiful place! Delicious eats and drinks! ❤️

A place to eat gluten free is such a gift! My husband was also pleased to see that they offer a Mexican Mocha. Thank you for the old town favorite hangout spot!

I wish we had a place like this in Denver! Every time I come to Foco I eat here. Great baked goods, the donuts and foccacia bread especially! I’m DF in addition to GF and it’s so nice to have plenty of options here!

The best coffee shop and food! 100% gluten free and all celiac safe!! The drinks are large and delicious and a great price. We love all the food but the Focaccia pizza and quiche are our favorites

I’ve been shopping at Explorado for over a year and they consistently bake delicious, quality baked goods. And now, their new cafe is even better adding the best coffees to the mix. I actually tried the bone broth latte and now I’m hooked. It sounds strange but it was fantastic. I’m jealous that Fort Collins got them as I’m from Loveland, but they’re worth the drive!!!
