The folks who work here are the kindest staff I have ever met at a fast casual restaurant. The people who work here deserve raises and to be recognized for their great customer service. I ordered "the fat shack" next time I would probably get "the Bronco" or something different to spice it up. The sandwich was good and you really can't beat getting it right after it was made. It was my first time getting a sandwich that wasn't delivered and it was worth it. Great experience. I would recommend this restaurant to friends because of the great customer service and friendly staff.

Best wings I’ve had in Fort Collins! We had their burgers cheese sticks and Philly all tasted amazing! The worker there gave us free fries oreos and cheesecake omg delicious… Costumer service 5
Ok so who would eat lettuce like this! And 5.99 for an order of onion rings that you get 7 onion rings and 3 of those are bite sized. So pretty much over a dollar an onion ring. Yeah I won’t be back. Granted I’m a grave yard worker and went in at 12 am but that’s still not an excuse. And I took the food to go otherwise I would have said seriously does this look like 6.00 worth of onion rings to you.

Let's just start off by saying MORGAN should be FIRED immediately. The worst customer service I've received anywhere in my life. They forgot my order, missed items that were over $40 and then proceeded to hang up on me !!! I asked what to do next since they had messed up my whole dinner for the night and she did absolutely nothing. Makes me want to never order from them again. Absolutely despicable, if I could give her personally a word (without getting hung up on) I would advise her to quit before she impacted anyone else. Don't work with Morgan if you go into the store.
